Thinkowl is best software use for help desk and customer support is very easy to use.

Sometimes it's hanged and it's primium is quite expensive.

i like the dashboard which very user-friendly and really helps the first time user to get the work going

the automation and rule configuration is bit overwhelming for the first time user

in my work the customer/client contact us from various platform like email, messages, chats etc thinkowl helped us to unify that to one platform which help us to reply or look into issue very fast and easy

**What do you like best about ThinkOwl?**

AI based functionalities with ThinkOwl integrated to our support services have benefited our company.  It is also able to manage routine acts such as ticket sorting and forwarding which means that the workforce is given a chance to handle innovative client relations.

**What do you dislike about ThinkOwl?**

With regard to these reports, I get a feeling that customization setting options available at ThinkOwl are rather limited.  One can barely get detailed with granularity or make proposals that suit an individual’s needs because of the general format of the program.

**What problems is ThinkOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThinkOwl optimizes agent activities and share a large portion of customer support operations.  The AI features enhance the automation of ticket management and offer customers some basic solutions to their problems.

**What do you like best about ThinkOwl?**

Think owl has the fastest customer service that I've witnessed this far in my career. They have smooth services regarding customer problem resolving and this is all possible because of the excellent Artificial intelligence tools they use.

**What do you dislike about ThinkOwl?**

I don't find any issues yet in think owl but sometimes the software lags in the middle of the project. Else, Think ow is simply awesome. So, the company should make sure that this would not happen.

**What problems is ThinkOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Despite the number of functions that the think owl serves, it helped me most in the data analytics work. Every file in data analytics has a pool of data and sometimes we and the customer both miss some important information from that pool, think owl dig that activity down by the customer and provide us the very right information that the customer might have thought of and this is an impeccable work of artificial intelligence provided by think owl.

The best part is the ease with which workflows can be designed to manage different customer engagements. It automatically analyzes customer interactions collected from various online channels.

There is not much downside about ThinkOwl, just the initial setup takes some time including integrations but then it is relatively easy to use.

**What problems is ThinkOwl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThinkOwl is mainly used as helpdesk software for workflow management. It has helped drastically reduce the overall time for handling customer engagements. The AI is really smart as it automatically generates cases from messages and assigns them to respective categories. The insights are really helpful as well.

It helps businesses understand customers' needs on behalf of their complaints and provide proper feedback on customer needs.

No access through the mobile application as it can only be used on the web, which is major drawback as compared to its competitors who provide mobile web-based services.
