**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

I’ve been working with Audience Plus (formerly The Juice) for over 15 months, and they’ve been an incredible partner in driving both brand awareness and pipeline. They’re proactive, easy to work with, and always finding smart ways to repurpose or co-create content that actually fits their audience. We've seen 60K+ unique views, a big jump in LinkedIn and website traffic, and closed $150K in revenue from inbound leads that came through their platform. The platform is easy to implement and the customer support is top notch. We use it daily to help us hit our numbers.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

It's hard to find a downside. The team does a great job of working with me to deliver as much value as possible. If there was one thing I wish they could add, it would be potentially a live webinar platform. With the huge audience they have, it would be cool to stream live to them drawing in even more views.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audience Plus helps solve the challenge of getting our content in front of the right audience, without relying solely on paid ads or hoping people find us organically. They help us drive brand awareness by expanding our reach and keep lead generation moving with consistent inbound interest from their platform. It’s like having a content distribution engine that actually delivers results.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

The juice makes content distrubtion easy and uncomplicated. Connecting your website content to be distributed on their platform is an absolute breeze and staying up to date on new account matches and intent singals is super easy with their automated reporting. The ability to create content playlists and organize content is also a great feature. Aside from that, the team is rock solid and you truly feel like you are partners when you work with them. They are super open to cross collaboration from events to industry thought leadership reports to amplifying what you as a brand are already doing. We absolutely love working with them!

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

We don't dislike anything abou the Juice.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The juice allows us to reach a wider audience that we normally would by just distrubting our content on our owned channels. It also allows us to tie back valuable intent signals that can be directly attributed to revenue which consistently proves the value of the juice's audience.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

My company Manifest.eco, an ecommerce warehouse, has many initiatives on our roadmap from Tech to Real Estate to CX to Sustainable, and we prioritize Content so highly that it's one of the core pillars of our business. We have a video-first content strategy that goes the extra mile by producing both proprietary research studies and pop culture hit videos. As the VP of Commercial (Marketing, Sales, etc.) I was going to build a solution to transform my blog into a hub for all of our 40 videos. I was lucky to find AudiencePlus who offered exactly that within a simple SaaS subscription and masterful technical implementation. Parterning with AudiencePlus to launch our very own video streaming platform put me ahead of my roadmap by exactly 1 year, which is more like 7 in startup years. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

I've always been a part of an early stage startup and prefer to work with other early stage startups, so I was completely satisfied with the early stage nature of some product components. I would bet that other early adopters of AudiencePlus are in the same boat as me and will also find what larger organizations might dislike as more of an advantage.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

I love the insights I get from using The Juice - knowing what top content is resonating with B2B sales and marketing leaders is invaluable. It's also great that it encompasses several different content types, especially the newest event format. Love being able to redistribute previous content to new followers with one click as well.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

If you're a marketer who is tasked with form submissions and specific lead data, this isn't something you'll get from this platform in the same way you would from a LinkedIn ad for example. However, you do get data as to what companies are interacting, what personas, and what content is resonating - so you just need to develop a strategy to put that to use in the way it's provided.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us it solves two problemsn - distributing content beyond simple social channels, and providing us industry insights and feedback about what challenges our target audience may be facing.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

First and foremost, the team at The Juice makes the experience. They are all so collaborative, and it truly is a partnership. The platform has been great, but it's been a 1+1=3 thanks to their team. They listen to our feedback and implement it quickly, and look for ways to supercharge our initiatives with their product. 

They are constantly iterating their platform and bringing new features not just for their customers, but also their community. They strike a good balance of serving both stakeholders. We've been able to connect with some great brands and build relationships with leads that starts with the value of our content.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

I wish we could see the exact person who interacts with our content, but understand the importance of privacy for the community, and we've still been able to connect with great prospects.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Juice helps us better distribute our content to a highly qualified audience and connects us with brands we likely wouldn't be in front of. This helps us grow our top of funnel efforts and get meaningful feedback from the market to fuel our strategy.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

I love that so much of it is automated and I don't have to do a single thing! Our blog posts, YouTube videos, and soon even our events are automatically pulled into the platform without me having to do anything. It allows me to get more time back in my day to focus on content creation, campaigns, and repurposing while ensuring the time I'm putting in is having an ROI thanks to getting it in front of the thousands of users in The Juice.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

I do find it a bit hard/confusing to figure out how to update/maintain my brand's homepage.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Juice makes it quick and easy to get my content, like blogs and videos, in front of the right audience and then provide me the data on those interactions. I'm able to see insights inot what content resonates and what doesn't and use that to improve my content strategy. I love that I get clear data in a dashboard that can then be sliced and diced further.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

I like that it give the visitor a place where they can consume educational and entertaining content that generates a strong bond like a viewership. We can be creative and helpful at the same time and its in a format that is familiar like a streaming service. That makes it stand apart from other platforms. Its easy to use and being one of the early customers allows us to have a voice in features that we feel would benefit our audience.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

At this point, there are a few things we would like to see added into the product, like a place for a Slack-like commmunity for people to engage with the content as well as with each other. That is missing at this point but its one the roadmap and we're excited for that to roll out!

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a one stop show for not only our own company's content but other industry experts. We can bring together all different types of content like our memes, blogs, podcast and music videos and be able to showcase to other contributors that this is a place where they can house their content as well.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

I came to Lavender to build the Netflix of B2B sales content. A streaming service made up of both entertaining and educational content. The problem was finding a tool made to do that. Everything I looked at was either a learning management system or a traditional CMS where we'd have to Frankenstein something together (at a premium price point).

We found AudiencePlus and it all became much easier.

We met with the team to talk through what we wanted to build:
- Series
- Categories
- Types of content
- etc

They gave us a detailed list and way to track progress on everything they needed from us in order to build the property (yes, that's included, so no agency necessary). We got them all the assets and they populated everything.

At that point they handed over the keys to us and we took over the weekly content scheduling.

The UI is incredibly easy to use. They gave us a walk-through before handing over the keys, but I could have very easily just taken over and figured it out on my own. Uploading content takes no time at all.

The success team is super reponsive if you do ever have any questions and they add new functionality all the time based on customer feedback.

If you're looking to build a modern media machine, can't recommend AudiencePlus enough.

No complaints. Can't wait to see where the product goes.

Building an engaged owned media is difficult. It's hard to build community with your owned content like you can with social. AudiencePlus is changing that. They're building a product that allows companies to build a media destination that your audience actually wants to come and spend time in, allowing you to:

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

Every business needs a partner like AudiencePlus.
The quality of their people, processes, and technology help us deliver a tight, robust content experience to our audience.
When it comes to their product, they just get it. Their front end is very clear for the end-user and the backend has only what you need - no overstuffed complexities or tech debt to manage.
We are all in on AudiencePlus as our content hub and it's their ease of use and flexibility that makes them the right choice. The team is very attentive and I find a ton of value in the customer roundtables - I've gleaned so much from this community of content marketers they're building. It's not only a product, it's a channel for helping me make better content.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

It's not even fair to critique - they are moving fast and adding features and improvements all the time.

AudiencePlus allows us to create the ultimate content center for customer support and success. We can quickly launch new shows and organize existing series. They're building features that directly benefit the end user - ensuring that our intended audience feel supported and continue to return to benefit from future content.

An overwhelming amount of info, not as curated as I'd like, with so much information collected and distributed your content can get lost in the fold.

I strongly believed we needed to rebuild our playbooks to establish a genuine, human-level connection with our audience, but I struggled to find anything to help us create something great.

Then, I discovered AudiencePlus.

With AudiencePlus, we can transform the way our audience interacts with our content. It's not merely a collection of blogs or a section of the site where content goes to waste.

It became immediately clear after the first demo that AudiencePlus would revolutionize how we build a community and boost engagement with our audience.

Getting setup and adding content is a incredibly easy. No chaos, no confusion – just a streamlined way to deliver your most important assets to your audience.

AudiencePlus, like us, is actively developing our products, and I understand that might concern some, but the team is phenomenal. 

They are highly receptive to feedback, and Elaine, Ruben, Anthony, and the entire engineering team have gone above and beyond for us, including helping us source designers, reviewing our assets, and acting as strategic thought partners.

There's so much to like about AudiencePlus, but I'll stop raving now.

Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike! It's been a great experience.

It's harder than ever to create deep connections and community with our audiences.

Every piece of content feels the same, and after a while, everything blends together and is ignored.

AudiencePlus gives us the tools to not only build deeper connections with our audience and build that community but brings a truly unique experience to our users.

It's not the same old stale way of consuming content; it's not just reading blog posts in some random section of your site.

It's all connected, and all the features they have lined up are truly incredible. This will only increase the value that we're able to provide to our users and our audience.

The team and the why behind AudiencePlus - the general concept of owned media may feel new but there are teams that built and leveraged for years.  Anthony and team are so dialed into both the concept of media hub/owned media AND building a great product.

Early days and we are patiently waiting on some core roadmap features - specifically data portabliity and access - and the ai/ml.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a media brand - we have had to build, buy and customize to build a full media hub - and still ended up with 15 point solutions cobbled together with api and duct tape.  Core premise matched our exact use case and allows us to focus on content not techstack.   Other primary driver is to have the platform INFORM us on what content and medium is working for each segment.

**What do you like best about AudiencePlus?**

The platform itself solves a very specific challenge for me, which is provide me with a CMS that is built to support a wide variety of content presented in a way that is different from what our industry is used to. I tried building HockeyStack's media platform on different CMS' and it was a pain to manage, maintain, and add content to the platform. AudiencePlus makes building out The Flow (our streaming platform for B2B marketers) much easier on the technical side of things.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

Not necessarily dislike, but there are some limitiations just because AP is in very early stages right now. However, that's understandable, and the AP team has done an amazing job of taking all of my suggestions into account and have incorporated them all into the product roadmap.

I'm excited about the future and excited about being able to help shape the features of this product.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AudiencePlus provides us with a CMS to power our streaming platform. Other video CMS platforms aren't built around this specific purpose (or at least not for a B2B/SaaS marketing team as the production studio), so AP is a no-brainer for us. It makes hosting and organizing new and existing series much easier compared to other CMS', so it cuts back on a lot of manual busy work, which saves me a lot of time.

I've brought The Juice to 3 companies now. Not only is the team incredible, from how responsive, supportive, and pleasant they are, but they also try and find every opportunity to drive success through partner marketing initiatives (or just be your hype people). 

If you're a team who publishes content frequently (you don't have to be a publishing house, but even just 1-2 pieces of content per week), then this is an incredible distribution platform. 

On top of that, the intent signals piece has been really great for our sales and marketing teams to help us better understand who our content is resonating with across industry, company size, and even down to job titles. 

Using The Juice as a distribution platform is a no-brainer if you're marketing to sales and marketing professionals.

It's been such a pleasure to work with this team time and time again. And I'll continue to do so throughout my career.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

Honestly, I love this platform. But, if you don't publish content regularly and if you're not primarily targeting sales and marketing audiences, then this likely isn't the platform for you. But, that's on marketers to do their research on what distribution channels will work best for them, and not a knock on this platform.

The Juice enables us to have another layer of content distribution across our marketing efforts, focusing on the exact audience we're hoping to reach. We're getting more engagement with our content, with the right audience.

For any marketer, The Juice is a valuable way to spread content that you're already producing to even more qualified audiences. Within a few weeks of using The Juice, our team had already noticed growth in the number of blog readers and engagement on our site. 

It's a simple, intuitive platform to use and I think a lot of that also comes from their amazing team! Each team member that I've interacted with has shown such support and dedication when it comes to growing not only on The Juice but through your content.

Can't recommend the platform enough.

There's nothing that I can say I dislike about The Juice. The team excels at streamlining the onboarding process, ensuring it is both time-efficient and effortless.

To truly leverage The Juice's potential, consistent content updates or publication is essential. Brands might find less value if content generation isn't a priority, but as a reader, you'll always discover valuable insights.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Juice is answering one of my biggest questions in content marketing: who's reading and engaging with our content? 

Through The Juice, I'm not only tapping into a larger audience of readers that fit into our company's key personas, but I'm also able to see who it is that's interacting with our content. This helps direct our strategy, test new content ideas, and drive business growth by identifying leads and accounts.

The Juice is the best way to escape the endless cycle of trying to justify the value of your content program, while also getting your content in front of the right audiences.

**What do you dislike about AudiencePlus?**

It can be a little enigmatic to set up and get started...it's also not the easiest product to sell to finance. Having said that, the people who work there are great and help you push through.

**What problems is AudiencePlus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Narvar, we produce a TON of content. But due to a variety of reasons, we're not the best at sharing and distributing that content to the audiences that matter most. The Juice helps us overcome that at a competitive price point.
