Before Thalamus, our RFP team struggled with content customization, and generic drafts from tools like ChatGPT. That was the main problem we were trying to solve. Thalamus AI responses are more grounded in our actual content, so the drafts feel more relevant and usable from the start.

The UI is also easy to use and clearly built for proposal and RFP teams, not adapted from a general writing tool. Another big positive for us has been customer success. What stood out most for us is the Knowledge Hub. Instead of just searching old folders and PDFs, Thalamus converts hard documents into editable, structured content we can actually work with. It pulls out things like case studies, project experience, key personnel profiles, section-level proposal content, and Q&A pairs, and makes them reusable across future responses.

What I like is that this content is not just dumped into another library. Each item can be reviewed, updated, assigned to an owner, and tracked for validity. That makes it much easier to trust what the system is pulling into a draft. We’ve had fewer issues with outdated content and much less back-and-forth trying to figure out who owns what.
