"Excellent Customer Communication & Support"

What do you like best?

Textmarks as a platform is extremely well put together and user friendly. The dashboard is easy to navigate and software is incredibly responsive. What sets it apart is the incredible team behind the platform with support and sales staff at the ready to assist with all of your questions. In addition, the friendly and patient demeanor these team members possess makes a world of difference during setup and integration. Having someone to call on for support and having that someone be as responsive as the Textmarks team has seriously made the difference in my choosing to commit to this platform. I'm looking forward to working with Textmarks for the foreseeable.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. This team is incredible. I couldn't think of a single thing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CRM and lead capture, mass messaging, and analytics simplified and boosted through this medium.

"TextMarks, a great product and a great team."

What do you like best?

The benefits of TextMarks are the really advanced customization, can personalize different events through the welcome messages as well as the management of the distribution of the messages.

The support is also very responsive to messages, always to help, very creative and really cheerful to work with. Communication within the company is even easier thanks to the scheduling reminders ...

This is a great tool to use when have it needs to communicate with a lot of people scattered in a large area!

What do you dislike?

It can be a pain to have to wait for new programs to be recorded, but usually just send an email to the support and the addition is done on a day.

Database management restrictions can be annoying but understandable because their service must be able to prevent the sending of spam.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for an effective alternative to email marketing, with better results, TextMarks is the tool for you.

Thanks to this one you will be able to easily send messages massively with a disconcerting facilitie, you will also be able to plan mailings in advance for perfect reliability. We have a very impressive support team to support us and a secure system;

Spam protection proves that we have to do with professionals.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TextMarks allowed us to massively send sms and quickly to subsequently build customer loyalty through SMS marketing. It adapts to all our needs, for example can use it for a non-profit project, to speak in public or to easily coordinate a team ...

This is exactly what we needed; an alternative to email that allows you to send notifications in real time.

"Basic Product, Good For Small Scale "

What do you like best?

I love that this product was really easy to use - the interface is simple to navigate, it's easy to set up keywords and campaigns, and they even have special non-profit rates!

What do you dislike?

There aren't many advanced features like setting up drip campaigns, adding additional contact info to a users profile, and attaching images/documents.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's definitely a good platform to get your feet wet with SMS marketing. Their team is great to work with and make set-up/troubleshooting a breeze. Really wish we could have stayed with Textmarks because I genuinely enjoyed the people we worked with there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SMS marketing - we had no idea how powerful SMS marketing was until we started using Textmarks. Our engagement was much higher than other digital ads / email marketing platforms that we were using.

I wish the service supported media based texting...MMS

"Great service but a little pricey and needs an app."

What do you like best?

Easy to use, sends messages instantly, easy to switch between groups by using the dashboard.

What do you dislike?

The service is expensive. It would be better if there was an app that could make accessing from Mobile devices more efficient.

Texting to large groups on multiple platforms has become easy.

What do you like best?

The ability to quickly communicate with majority of event participants. All carriers get my messages and they receive them fast.

What do you dislike?

Character length is sometimes to short to put all the information
