I love that this product was really easy to use - the interface is simple to navigate, it's easy to set up keywords and campaigns, and they even have special non-profit rates! There aren't many advanced features like setting up drip campaigns, adding additional contact info to a users profile, and attaching images/documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering TextMarks: It's definitely a good platform to get your feet wet with SMS marketing. Their team is great to work with and make set-up/troubleshooting a breeze. What problems is TextMarks solving and how is that benefiting you? SMS marketing - we had no idea how powerful SMS marketing was until we started using Textmarks.
