What problems is TetherX solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working with and utilising the services and TetherX platform for over 15 years now from inception, development and introduction to the UK market.
Their professionalism, enthusiasm and ever personable assistance along with continuous updates, improvements and additional features (which continues to this day), to what was already a ground-breaking and innovative facility for the CCTV and security surveillance industry, has been an immeasurable plus and advantage in assisting us to grow our business and to provide support to all our clients, but in particular for those with bespoke needs in areas such as front-facing commerce, educational facilities and campuses, but in particular, in the realm of social housing where there may be an unacceptable level of anti-social behavior presenting, to which our clients have found the re-deployable product to be both feature rich and especially amenable to their limited budgets in being able to swiftly relocate the equipment once issues are resolved.
The product is innovative, efficient and more than that it is very ‘User’ friendly; most importantly for the client with regard to view and use of evidential footage, but it is a swift fit & forget installation process for engineers trained in the product (hardware & software) and if ever support is needed, the ‘Tether’ backroom team are always on hand to assist in any way they can.
I am proud to say that we at Mole are long-term ‘GOLD’ partners in business with TetherX as that is the outlook that is engendered, in being that we are a team, looking to provide the best ‘Fit for Purpose’ product, service and support to our client base and I very much look forward to the future and the next set of innovations to be introduced from the TetherX team.
