What I like best about OpenEye is how easy it is to use and how reliable the video footage is. Whether I’m checking in on a job site or reviewing something that happened, the system loads fast and the quality is always clear. The only thing I don’t really like about OpenEye is that sometimes the mobile app can lag or take a few extra seconds to load live video, especially when I’m on the go. During my time using OpenEye's security systems. I ran into issues with the face recognition feature. It didn't work well when the lightning was poor or when staff wore masks or hats. The HD video needed a lot of bandwidth so we had to upgrade our network to things running. Smaller offices without much tech know-how found the system's advanced features too complex, which meant they needed extra help and training. At first, we struggled to make OpenEye work with our existing security setup, but their customer support helped us sort it out. 1. Cost is very expensive for high end video surveillance systems, especially for large scale deployments
