**What do you like best about Tempus Central?**

Easy to use and install, more user-friendly UX/UI, mobile app available for employees to clock in & clock out. It saves time for employees working hours.
Easy to schedule complex day and night shift rules.

**What do you dislike about Tempus Central?**

There is nothing to dislike about this software, but one needs to understand how it works for that who need the training to run proper software. This is only attendance software, so it would be better to have a complete package, including a payroll module.

**What problems is Tempus Central solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Tempus Central, It took time to calculate the employees' working hours and also not able to manage day and night shifts properly. Still, after Tempus Central, I solved my problem related to shifting management and also a calculation for working hours.
