# What's the best Pegasystems consulting partner for change management and end-user training capabilities?

For those who've done a Pega rollout, what made end users actually embrace it?

Both of these descriptions are proxies for change-management strength rather than actual evidence of it, worth naming since that gap matters a lot for this specific question. "Structured, organized methodology" and "knowledgeable people who guide next steps" both describe how professionally the consulting engagement itself runs, not whether end users at the client organization actually adopted the new system afterward. Those are two different populations, the consultants being reviewed and the end users who'd have to change their actual behavior, and a firm scoring well on the first doesn't necessarily say anything about the second. The post's own suggestion, ask for the actual training and adoption plan rather than slideware, is really the only way to get evidence on the part that matters, since the reviews here are describing engagement quality, not adoption outcomes.
