Worth checking whether these two are even solving the same problem, despite being compared head to head. Automatic revision-tracking, showing what changed between versions, is a different capability from gating search so a superseded document can&#39;t surface as a top result in the first place, which is the specific failure the Veryon incident describes. A platform can be genuinely excellent at the first without doing anything about the second, so &quot;version control&quot; here might actually mean two separate features that don&#39;t automatically come as a pair.
