What do you like best?

Our company needed an automation platform that included features like web automation, excel and desktop features and most importantly leverage Natural Language Processing for use cases like master data management, ERP integration and computer vision skills for document processing.

Techforce.ai is the most ideal solution since it is available on cloud with no time consuming setup and infrastructure required at our end since our IT is quite small. It comes with native NLP and OCR capabilities along with RPA so we did not have to invest in multiple platforms and integrate them.

This helped us go live faster than any other platform. They have a easy to use UI for building various automation workflows and managing them on a day-to-day basis.

Another amazing feature of this platform is that it is available on mostly all cloud platforms and listed in their marketplaces as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Techforce.ai meets all our requirements to the extent we did not find anything missing overall in the platform. Their product team was accommodating in the sense that a couple of features which we requested for were prioritized and given to us in next release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are leveraging all 3 components of the platform including RPA, OCR and NLP for one of our top priority use cases of managing industry data on our platform and making sure this is always updated. This process flow requires master data management and reconciling and updating any delta changes as updated from the web.

We are also using a custom chatbot for customer support for platform users and helping them with day to day queries related to data, payment issues, renewal updates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We are amazed by how well AI has been able to support us in reducing wrap time and increasing our capacity to take more calls. Techforce.ai has really thought through the problems of call centers and built a solution that is going to be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We some time face minor issues in the in-app integration but the support team has been incredible and the TAT is fast Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to reduce wrap time substantially. With the in-app integrations offered by CX Ninja, the after call work has gone down enabling agents to go back in the queue faster and connecting with the customers quickly. What do you like best?

Techforce.ai has a very clear SaaS and cloud based strategy which is evident from their solutions available on all major cloud marketplaces.

This makes it easier for businesses like us to get started real fast and without any significant investments in setting up on-premise infrastructures.

They have clear SaaS based pricing models which eliminates any upfront expensive investments in buying licenses. We like their E-Worker approach for certain pre-built solutions like Invoice processing and CX Ninja for customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Two major areas for improvement would be creation of a repository for learning resources like video tutorials, detailed documentation would be helpful for new developers on the platform.

While they are a new company and currently support a lot of native integrations like SAP, Oracle, Servicenow, etc, it would be also great if product team can focus on building more and more native integrations to certain other ticketing tools and ERPs apart from the ones listed earlier to enable rapid development. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Techforce.ai is a relatively new company but comes with well rounded End-to-End automation features and possibly lowest Total Cost of Ownership when compared to other platforms available in the market.

There are various plans to get to you started quickly. Especially the companies which do not have own automation development capabilities, Techforce.ai's E-Worker approach is a great match since they provide all solutions on-boarding through their customer success teams. What do you like best?

Techforce.ai is a great automation platform with a refreshing user interface that even newbies can pick up really fast. They have a great repository of pre-built actions for web, desktop, excel based automation and some features are in fact even unavailable in other platform which make it really easy and fast to build out automation.

User Interface is quite intuitive and their E-Manager console (bot orchestration engine) gives you great insights in terms of bot runtime and health status overall.

Intelligent Process Modeler helps to manage workflow and rule based tasks quite easily and provides human-in-the-loop assistance where required.

The best feature i like is the low code apps that can be built almost instantly for use cases that require user validation and input, like document processing and approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not enough documentation is available online for new developers and most of the times we have to raise a ticket on Techforce.ai portal to understand a new feature.

Techforce.ai has a very business friendly pricing approach and their customer success team will go out of their way to ensure you get started with the right processes.

I am just trying out the platform initially to automate a lot of my day to day reporting which also requires various business teams to collaborate and exchange information. What do you like best?

Techforce.ai offers integrated AI features like NLP and OCR within their platform which basically increases the coverage across business processes in an Enterprise. We are leveraging Techforce.ai to help business teams build automation across different verticals like sales, marketing and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

You will need some prior knowledge to get accustomed to using Techforce.ai if you want to program advanced use cases where multiple bots are calling each other. But it doesn't mean that the system cannot accomplish this.

What do you like best?

Techforce.ai takes a differentiated approach to solving business process automation needs of enterprises through their E-Workforce. This is an integrated intelligent automation platform but with a twist that they offer ready to deploy e-workers for various business processes like Invoice automation, AI contact center, PO processing, etc.

What do you dislike?

Techforce.ai needs to improve on their documentation available to public. Currently, their are limited set of videos available on their developer portal which can help a developer to build basic bots on their own.

Their community portal is active though and usually respond under 24 hours for most user queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We really like the Techforce.ai E-Worker approach which is quite unique as they help you go live with a couple of processes as part of the deployment / on-boarding services.

Still working out on building basic automation flows with their tool. We are considering deployment of these E-Workers on our cloud platform and their pay-as-you-go pricing is what is of most interest for us. What do you like best?

The latest release from Techforce.ai has a built-in Contact Center Agent Assist module that helps Agents to become more productive and reduce their average handling time(AHT) and after call work.

What do you like best?

The scalability and 3rd party apps integration of the Techforce.ai platform makes it a right fit to be used widely in the BPO industry basically assisting agents doing myriad tasks and handling applications to be able to do so from the simplified interface of Techforce.ai agent assist. What do you like best?

The in-app and e-commerce integrations are great for upselling and qualifying leads. Knowing exactly what the customer is looking for based on customer history and providing suitable product recommendations are helping us offer the right solution to customers.
