**What do you like best about Supervity?**

Supervity platform has easy and powerful templates for collecting user surveys and build nudges for app users based on key events we want to track like activating dormant users,  upsellng to existing users using m=nudges to try out new features and collect real time feedback when user is trying the feature.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Analytics dashboards need to be more intuitive as presently basic usage data is provided. May be the company can explore more integrations with 3rd party BI tools.

**What problems is Supervity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating my marketing initiative like nudging dormant users, collecting real time surveys when users in the application than outside. Getting user feedback right at the time of gratification is more useful and i can integrate those reviews with my social platforms.

**What do you like best about Supervity?**

The authoring experience on platform to build any kind of walkthroughs or automations is really simple and powerful. As a user you just have to show what you are doing and their system captures the steps and builds out the whole automation in a no code fashion

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Nothing much to dislike. As a new platform they have all features needed to get started woth building business automations and adoption functionality. Going forward, would like to see more analytics on usage as currently they have native but basic analytics features.

**What problems is Supervity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to spend a lot of time training my team or explaining a software functionality to my team or clients which is not productive at all and we end up creating documents which get old or unusable due to change in UI or new releases.
Having a walkthrough inside the application, helps to train my team without manual intervention and reduces a lot of time spent on creating manuals and guides.

We have enabled more than 50+ RPA and BOTs enabled automations in our back-office work areas. Also, our WhatsApp business services based chat BOT services for our customers and partners is a boon in customer experience using this platform. We could go-live very quickly using this platform.

Nice clean UI, which is very SaaSy. They have a fresh approach to how users can build automation with a crisp UI that looks like a modern SaaS application than the erstwhile legacy drag and drop UIs of others. Helps to expedite the build time by at least 50-60%

Nothing much to dislike. Have just started using the Techforce.ai product since last 2 months and really amazed with their UI. Building automation flows is very easy.

For freelancers, Techforce.ai has amazing features where you can automate a lot of work which is very repetitive for your clients like downloading their data from various portals, building reports and sharing. It helps save more than 2-3 hours every week on such repetitive stuff

I am using the platform to build automation for my day-to-day repetitive flows like downloading data from a web application, processing the data on excel files and sending the report over an email.

Currently the platform supports only Windows but having spoken to the team, they are working on the support for other OS as well.

Our Finance team leverages the platform for other core functions like invoice generation, month end close and reporting. 

We use the platform to automate our repetitive tasks that our large sales team has to perform like generating quotes, proposals and reconciliation of payments from our customer

The simple UI which enables a non-technical user in Finance and Sales to also build and manage some of our day to day automation workflows. they also have a very strong knowledge management layer that enables us to access enteprise level knowledge with ease.

User documentation is not very comprehensive though the lack of it is compensated by the in-app nudges and automation to assist completion of workflows.

Team is very approachable and easy to work with. Good product roadmap and they continuously keep releasing new features in the product.

Posting automation of our payments has been a huge help in our workflow. The staff is very helpful and kind and always available to answer questions. They work very hard at what they do.

Everything has gone very smoothly. The staff worked closely with us during implementation until all things needed to be as is.

**What do you like best about Supervity?**

Our company needed an automation platform that included features like web automation, excel and desktop features and most importantly leverage Natural Language Processing for use cases like master data management, ERP integration and computer vision skills for document processing.
Techforce.ai is the most ideal solution since it is available on cloud with no time consuming setup and infrastructure required at our end since our IT is quite small. It comes with native NLP and OCR capabilities along with RPA so we did not have to invest in multiple platforms and integrate them.
This helped us go live faster than any other platform. They have a easy to use UI for building various automation workflows and managing them on a day-to-day basis.
Another amazing feature of this platform is that it is available on mostly all cloud platforms and listed in their marketplaces as well.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Techforce.ai meets all our requirements to the extent we did not find anything missing overall in the platform. Their product team was accommodating in the sense that a couple of features which we requested for were prioritized and given to us in next release.

Very SaaS friendly pricing which helped a mid size business like our to get started very quickly.

**What problems is Supervity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are leveraging all 3 components of the platform including RPA, OCR and NLP for one of our top priority use cases of managing industry data on our platform and making sure this is always updated. This process flow requires master data management and reconciling and updating any delta changes as updated from the web.
We are also using a custom chatbot for customer support for platform users and helping them with day to day queries related to data, payment issues, renewal updates, etc.

How great their tech support team was and how willing they were to continue to work with us after the initial training period.

I wouldn't say I disliked much of anything. The problems I encountered were learning how to troubleshoot my own errors. Once I started working with it consistently, I knew how to fix them without reaching out.

Solving tedious, repetitive tasks that take time away from the work day could be better applied elsewhere.

We are amazed by how well AI has been able to support us in reducing wrap time and increasing our capacity to take more calls. Techforce.ai has really thought through the problems of call centers and built a solution that is going to be a game changer.

We some time face minor issues in the in-app integration but the support team has been incredible and the TAT is fast

We have been able to reduce wrap time substantially. With the in-app integrations offered by CX Ninja, the after call work has gone down enabling agents to go back in the queue faster and connecting with the customers quickly. More importantly customer wait times have reduced.

**What do you like best about Supervity?**

Techforce.ai has a very clear SaaS and cloud based strategy which is evident from their solutions available on all major cloud marketplaces.
This makes it easier for businesses like us to get started real fast and without any significant investments in setting up on-premise infrastructures.
They have clear SaaS based pricing models which eliminates any upfront expensive investments in buying licenses. We like their E-Worker approach for certain pre-built solutions like Invoice processing and CX Ninja for customer support.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Two major areas for improvement would be creation of a repository for learning resources like video tutorials, detailed documentation would be helpful for new developers on the platform.
While they are a new company and currently support a lot of native integrations like SAP, Oracle, Servicenow, etc, it would be also great if product team can focus on building more and more native integrations to certain other ticketing tools and ERPs apart from the ones listed earlier to enable rapid development.

**Recommendations to others considering Supervity:**

Techforce.ai is a relatively new company but comes with well rounded End-to-End automation features and possibly lowest Total Cost of Ownership when compared to other platforms available in the market.
There are various plans to get to you started quickly. Especially the companies which do not have own automation development capabilities, Techforce.ai's E-Worker approach is a great match since they provide all solutions on-boarding through their customer success teams.

**What do you like best about Supervity?**

Techforce.ai is a great automation platform with a refreshing user interface that even newbies can pick up really fast. They have a great repository of pre-built actions for web, desktop, excel based automation and some features are in fact even unavailable in other platform which make it really easy and fast to build out automation.
User Interface is quite intuitive and their E-Manager console (bot orchestration engine) gives you great insights in terms of bot runtime and health status overall. 
Intelligent Process Modeler helps to manage workflow and rule based tasks quite easily and provides human-in-the-loop assistance where required.
The best feature i like is the low code apps that can be built almost instantly for use cases that require user validation and input, like document processing and approval.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Not enough documentation is available online for new developers and most of the times we have to raise a ticket on Techforce.ai portal to understand a new feature.
It will also be great if they can publish a publicly available product roadmap of upcoming features in various components.

**Recommendations to others considering Supervity:**

Techforce.ai has a very business friendly pricing approach and their customer success team will go out of their way to ensure you get started with the right processes.
We did not really need a consulting layer to kick-off and for process selection. They helped us clearly in terms of how to figure out RoI and invested in building the solution with us.

**What problems is Supervity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am just trying out the platform initially to automate a lot of my day to day reporting which also requires various business teams to collaborate and exchange information. We assume a full automation will eventually help us save over 18 person days per month on our reporting use cases.

Techforce.ai offers integrated AI features like NLP and OCR within their platform which  basically increases the coverage across business processes in an Enterprise. We are leveraging Techforce.ai to help business teams build automation across different verticals like sales, marketing and customer support.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

You will need some prior knowledge to get accustomed to using Techforce.ai if you want to program advanced use cases where multiple bots are calling each other. But it doesn't mean that the system cannot accomplish this.
May be the team can do more to provide documentation around these area.

Techforce.ai offers a comprehensive package when it comes to building intelligent automation. More importantly, the platform is available on all major clouds with SaaS pricing so you can start at a very friendly price and scale as needed.

Techforce.ai takes a differentiated approach to solving business process automation needs of enterprises through their E-Workforce. This is an integrated intelligent automation platform but with a twist that they offer ready to deploy e-workers for various business processes like Invoice automation, AI contact center, PO processing, etc.
This helps a business to save additional time and cost on SI and different product integrations.

**What do you dislike about Supervity?**

Techforce.ai needs to improve on their documentation available to public. Currently, their are limited set of videos available on their developer portal which can help a developer to build basic bots on their own.
Their community portal is active though and usually respond under 24 hours for most user queries.

**Recommendations to others considering Supervity:**

We really like the Techforce.ai E-Worker approach which is quite unique as they help you go live with a couple of processes as part of the deployment / on-boarding services.
The price at which an E-Worker is offered is also quite attractive and usually there is an ROI in under 6 months in most use cases.

**What problems is Supervity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Still working out on building basic automation flows with their tool. We are considering deployment of these E-Workers on our cloud platform and their pay-as-you-go pricing is what is of most interest for us. We are basically going to use the pay per hour pricing for bot runtime which is quite beneficial as we will not need to invest in any upfront license costs.

The latest release from Techforce.ai has a built-in Contact Center Agent Assist module that helps Agents to become more productive and reduce their average handling time(AHT) and after call work.
They have a very simple Pricing model for Call Centers and can scale easily for a Call Center of any size.

One of the areas for Improvement is definitely on the documentation and community support, since there are very few threads available.

Highly recommended company to work with in the Contact Center AI space. They were recently awarded as HFS Hottest AI Vendor-2020.

The scalability and 3rd party apps integration of the Techforce.ai platform makes it a right fit to be used widely in the BPO industry basically assisting agents doing myriad tasks and handling applications to be able to do so from the simplified interface of Techforce.ai agent assist.

The in-app and e-commerce integrations are great for upselling and qualifying leads. Knowing exactly what the customer is looking for based on customer history and providing suitable product recommendations are helping us offer the right solution to customers. Its going to go a long way in helping us improve our NPS.
