What do you like best?

Price! We switched from zendesk to teamwork desk about a year ago and love it. Much cheaper then zendesk. I also like the survey that is sent to customers after a help desk ticket is solved. Very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Reporting. Like almost all help desk systems I have used it seems reporting is always an after thought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
