Teamhood is a visual, hybrid project-management platform that brings strategic portfolio planning and day-to-day execution into a unified workspace. Designed for engineering, architecture, consultancy firms and government subcontractors managing high-complexity, multi-year projects, Teamhood offers portfolio-level oversight and granular task control in one system. Why organisations choose Teamhood: - Easily switch between Kanban boards, list views and Gantt charts to support agile teams as well as structured scheduling. - Attain real-time visibility into workload and capacity across teams, helping to detect bottlenecks and balance resources. - Leverage full portfolio dashboards and reporting tools to track multiple projects, milestones and dependencies in a single interface. - Select flexible hosting options, including EU cloud, dedicated server or full on-premise deployments to satisfy data-residency, compliance and enterprise-security requirements. - Use built-in automations, custom fields, roll-ups and API access to integrate Teamhood into enterprise ecosystems and deliver stakeholder-ready reports. Core feature highlights: - Unlimited workspaces and projects with Kanban, list and Gantt views. - Task and subtask management, dependencies, recurring tasks, item age/time-in-status tracking. - Time-tracking, workload views and resource & capacity management. - Reporting & analytics: time & cost reports, custom dashboards, portfolio/workspace-wide reporting. - Integrations: Slack & Teams, calendar integrations, custom notifications; open API access on the Business plan and above. - Teamhood AI: ask questions about your workspace, generate reports, and create project structures directly from natural-language instructions. - Automations: create rule-based workflows that perform routine updates without manual work. You can set triggers, apply filters with conditions, and define actions that run when the automation criteria are met. Enterprise-grade features for large teams: private boards, advanced security, SSO/SCIM provisioning, flexible data-hosting options. What this means for different roles: For PMO leaders, Teamhood means fewer fragmented tools and a single platform for rolling up performance across teams and projects. Engineering directors gain clearer visibility into workloads, dependencies and timelines. CTOs and innovation leads can align long-term roadmaps with daily execution, ensuring strategic initiatives don’t get lost in spreadsheets. IT or enterprise architecture teams gain peace of mind with EU-first data residency and on-premise/hybrid hosting options. ## Teamhood Reviews
 ### 1. End to End Project and Daily Task Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JW E. | Founder, CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The ease of setup and straightforward UI gets you running in minutes. The ability to customize cards with custom fields makes capturing and filtering data that makes sense for your project and day-today task needs a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There is no official Mobile app yet, only a web app.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an engineering heavy company in the mining sector and Teamhood manages to provide our different teams with an integrated home for all our project management needs. From integration for MS DevOps for development on our software suites to site and workforce management we are able to plan, cost and gain insights to where execution bottlenecks could occur.

 ### 2. Simple, Easy Project Planning with a Great Free Plan for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith C. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Simple and easy to use. The free plan is great for small teams. It goes a bit beyond the basics without becoming overly complex or bloated like other major project planning apps.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

It would be nice to have a personal workspace that’s integrated with the team workspace as well. Not everyone needs to see each other’s stuff all the time—only the main things we’re actually working on together.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weekly sprints are a thing of beauty. I love it.

 ### 3. A Hidden Gem for Project Management – Powerful, Intuitive, and Thoughtfully Designed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barbara O. | Coach and Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood has become my go-to project management tool – and that’s saying something, as I’ve worked with Asana, Trello, MS Planner & To Do, and Smartsheet in various consulting and coaching contexts. What sets Teamhood apart is its rare combination of depth and usability.

The Kanban functionality is truly outstanding – ideal for organizations managing many parallel initiatives. It gives me a clear and intuitive overview while still allowing me to dig deeper into dependencies and capacity planning using Gantt views. I also appreciate how easy it is to generate reports and document progress directly in the platform – a big plus when working with clients who expect clear and structured updates.

A few other things that really matter to me:

European-based (GDPR-compliant and not subject to the US Cloud Act) – a key consideration for privacy-conscious teams.

Available in multiple languages (English, German, Lithuanian) – makes it a great fit for international or multilingual teams.

Faster onboarding than I expected – it’s about as easy to get people up to speed as Trello, even with more advanced features.

Generous free plan and fair pricing.

And last but not least: responsive and thoughtful support. The team clearly cares about their users.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The main feedback I’ve heard from project stakeholders is the lack of a PDF export for project documentation. It’s not a dealbreaker for me personally, but it has come up multiple times in client conversations. If this were added, it would really round out an already excellent experience.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood solves a rare combination of challenges for me — and it does so without forcing a particular methodology. I really appreciate the non-ideological approach: it seamlessly supports both Agile and Waterfall styles, allowing me to combine Kanban boards with Gantt charts in a way that fits the actual needs of each project. At the same time, it offers clear best practices for using the more advanced Kanban features, which helps teams avoid chaos while still staying flexible.

From a practical standpoint, Teamhood makes it much easier to:

Manage complex EU-funded projects, including the heavy administrative workload, thanks to the excellent reporting and documentation features.

Coordinate marketing campaigns across distributed teams – the interface keeps everyone aligned even when they’re spread across different countries and time zones.

Ensure full data privacy for clients – one organization I work with decided to move away from Microsoft for compliance reasons, and Teamhood’s European hosting and GDPR compliance made it an ideal alternative. We could meet all internal requirements with minimal effort.

All of this adds up to a tool that’s powerful, pragmatic, and unusually well-aligned with real-world organizational needs.

 ### 4. The perfect balance between power and simplicity for managing complex projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agostino G. | . net developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I really appreciate how Teamhood merges the clarity of a Gantt chart with the adaptability of a Kanban board. Switching between these two views is effortless, providing me with both a visual timeline and a comprehensive operational overview of my projects. I also enjoy being able to create custom filters and views, which helps me concentrate on particular projects or categories. The platform is powerful yet straightforward, making it easy to use even for personal tasks. The free plan already offers all the features I need to manage complex projects effectively.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There’s very little to complain about. I would like to have access to the reports that are only available with paid plans, but I understand that this limitation is reasonable.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood helps me organize and visualize all my personal and side projects in one place. Before using it, I struggled to keep track of deadlines and progress across different tools.

Now, with the combined Gantt and Kanban views, I can clearly see what’s in progress, what’s coming next, and how everything fits together on a timeline. This has improved my planning, focus, and overall productivity.

In short, Teamhood gives me structure without complexity — it keeps my projects on track and saves me time every week.

 ### 5. Ideal for small start up team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehnee S. | Founder CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood makes project management seamless. The swimlanes are intuitive and highly effective, making it easy to organize and track tasks. Assigning responsibilities is straightforward, and the ability to create and manage child tasks adds an extra layer of convenience. Overall, Teamhood is remarkably user-friendly — it feels like the iPhone of project management tools: simple, elegant, and powerful.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

I believe there is room for improvement if a UAT scripts format were provided for the tasks.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily track the tasks for my team.

 ### 6. Keeps me on top of all my projects with ease and has amazing customer service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J B. | Director/User, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

TeamHood has really helped with managing my companies' workload, which typically involves overseeing more than 150 separate jobs, all at varying stages of progress. Its clean interface and intuitive design make it easy to keep track of everything without feeling overwhelmed.

One of the standout features is its flexibility. The platform is highly customisable, allowing me to tailor boards, workflows, and task views to suit the specific needs of each job. It was easy to train employees to use the software effectively and I can track timelines, assign tasks to teammates, and prioritise milestones, with ease.

From a time management perspective, it has significantly improved how I allocate and monitor work. The ability to quickly see what’s due, what’s delayed, and what’s completed saves countless hours of manual coordination. The automated notifications and progress tracking ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Teamhood's customer service is outstanding. They offered to set up a video call to explain the features and assist with setting up the software for our specific needs and this customer support is one of the reasons we chose Teamhood.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Compared to other software in the market, I really don't have any dislikes.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I really like is how versatile and customisable it is. I can set up each board and workflow to match the way I work, not the other way around. Whether it’s tracking where each job is at, assigning tasks, or planning out the week, everything is right there and easy to update.

It’s also helped a lot with time management. I can quickly see what needs attention, what’s falling behind, and what’s good to go. The reminders and progress tracking have saved me from missing key deadlines more than once.

Overall, it’s just a really solid tool that helps me stay organised without feeling overwhelmed. If you’re managing a lot of projects at once, I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.

 ### 7. The most intuitive and well thought out PM software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony P. | Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Its clear to see a of thought and effort has gone into the development of Teamhood. Everything just works well and it takes almost no time to get up and running, super easy to integrate and adapt to your workflows. Settings are easy to find and configure to your workflow. It has swimlanes and WIP! The Child task within task setting makes adding review steps prior to task completion so easy and visually displaying this in a way everyone can understand. Users can create and share public links to views or pages which is great for sharing with clients.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Nothing yet. Have just starting with Teamhood one day ago, setting things up but even setup has been a breeze.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project Management. Client Communication Management.

 ### 8. Excellent and Easy to Use Planning Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood is so simple to use. I use it it for basic Gantt project planning and I can't fault it. The ability to drag tasks around, link/unlink dependencies, add team members to the tasks. It just works. A lot more intuitive than other project based tools and the entry level free plan is good enough to get you started if you are just a casual planner. I would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The only issue i really found was that I couldn't rename the plan URL! I was using it to test out a project idea and then it morphed into my actual project. Other than that I've really enjoyed using the software.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a flexible way to manage and visualise a plan - the ability to utilise it on the cloud means all team members can see changes in real time.

 ### 9. Teamhood: Exceptional customer service, intuitive software and time saving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood customer service is exceptional, it is very quick and easy to set up and use , it inlcudes every project management feature we need.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Teamhood.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage Project multiple projects at various stages of completion running at the same time, workload management and budget monitoring.

 ### 10. We use this software to help facilitate our robotics teams be as efficient as possible.

We like its quick responsiveness and ease of use. It's also clear and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

None so far. We're still early in our trial.

 ### 11. Organization matters to me, so I use Teamhood

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah R. | Institutional Asset Management Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood has positively impacted the originization of my projects. I use it every single day, updating tasks throughout the day. It suits my project-based client work well. Although internally we have Salesforce and log cases, the UI, flexibility and ability to organize every-day tasks is much better within teamhood. This is important to my workflow, as it's easy for things to slip through the cracks. Before this, the timeliness of project delivery or task execution was longer. I'd also waste time looking for certain links to documentation and tickets, now they're linked to my tasks. Both me and the consultant I partner with on all my accounts have liked the increased visibility on everything occurring within our book of accounts.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There's the manual aspect of having to add in every task. This is the reason I wouldn't rate it a 10. Although I personally want to prioritize organization, I think some of my colleagues wouldn't like the maintenance.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into every project and task occuring within my book of accounts. It's helping me stay on top of things, decreasing time for project completition and task execution. This is for myself and the consultant I work with

 ### 12. Teamhood is a life-saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash M. | Senior Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

A software like Teamhood is something that our organisation has been looking for a whille now. I really love the ease with which I'm able to plan and schedule tasks for my team. We were able to adopt the software within the organisation within a matter of a few days. The reports that Teamhood is able to generate really help us to plan, and also foresee probable clashes in the future. In terms, of customer support, the team has been very prompt in giving us quick soultions / fixes. Their team also took the initiative to host an onboarding session with all of us, to ensure we had an indepth idea of all the features. It is something that I would definetly recommend to my friends and other teams / organisations.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

So far my team and I have been really liking our experience on Teamhood. If there is one thing I would like to have as a feature on Teamhood, which it currently doesn't have, is having the ability to work on the same boards with members of other organisations -cross-team collaboration.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood is really ensuring that our Planning & Scheduling is on point.

 ### 13. Easy to use and very effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I can't recommend Teamhood enough! First off, their customer service is top-notch. Every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received lightning-fast responses—often within minutes. I’ve even submitted suggestions through their feedback site, and to my surprise, the owner personally responded within 24 hours every single time. On top of that, my dedicated customer success manager regularly follows up, making me feel truly supported.

As for the software itself—it's phenomenal. I work in software development (a relatively new field for me), and one of my first big tasks was to find a tool to manage our backlogs. I tested quite a few platforms, including some big names known for backlog management, but Teamhood stood out immediately. It was hands-down the easiest to learn and implement. Once we figured out our preferred setup, integrating our team and processes was a breeze.

Now, I use Teamhood every single day—and not just for our development backlog. I use it to track personal to-dos, organize testing parameters for my apps, and more. One of the things I love most is how versatile it is. You might start using it for one purpose, but if you get a little creative, you'll quickly discover dozens of ways it can streamline and enhance your workflow.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There isn't really anything that I dislike

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood is solving our need of an effective and easy to use task tracker to help us finish our software builds. It helps us keep track of our bugs (caught but us or our clients), and also it keeps our plans for our future software improvements front of mind.

 ### 14. Teamhood: An effective tool for managing production projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marek G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Teamhood has greatly improved our production project management. Previously, when we used Excel, it was difficult to track project progress and manage tasks. Now Teamhood has an excellent work schedule that we can easily divide according to the machines. This allows us to clearly see what is happening at each stage and ensures a smooth workflow. All project information (descriptions, drawings, and other documents) is in one card, making everything easily accessible and reviewable. Statistics and real data about our work processes allow us to see where we are lagging and what we can improve. This has truly increased our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Some automation features are currently missing, which could further simplify processes. We hope that these features will be implemented in the future so that we can dedicate even more time to project development rather than administration.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood solves several important problems we encountered while working on manufacturing projects. Firstly, we were previously dependent on Excel, which was not convenient for managing large projects with many different tasks and deadlines. Teamhood gives us the ability to clearly and simply manage the work schedule, dividing it by machines rather than by people, allowing us to better allocate resources and control the progress of each process. Moreover, all important project information, including descriptions, drawings, and other documents, is in one place, making it easy for the team to access the necessary information. This helps avoid mistakes and ensures that everyone is informed about the project's progress. Statistics and data about project processes help quickly identify problems and solutions, allowing us to respond more efficiently and improve.

 ### 15. Makes us more productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riley F. | Director of Technical Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Extremely easy to learn to use. My team had no experience using a productivity aide like this but they took to it immedieately. It's awesome that you can share a link to a board that doesn't add someone to it but just allows them to view it as it updates in real time. Amazing product that has helped our team very much and keeps many things in the same place.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

There is a lack of customization. There are some other similar products on the market that offer more customization, but this does work well professionally. We also can't use photos on cards, link them together, or connect withe the Google workspace. WOuld upgrade to a paid plan immediately if it had Google integration.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are all now able to communicate ore efficiently on the different parts of projects, as well as generally keep better track of where things are. We used to just rely on verbal communication but having the ability to highlight which step we're on and comunicate about each step is invaluable.

 ### 16. Detailed Overview of Teamhood

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman S. | Research And Development Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2025

Teamhood helps us track detailed projects which has various stakeholders working on the same.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Teamhood can bring about more insights and features in order to collaborate with other similar tools.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood helps us in collaborating with cross functional team members which helps in less follow ups within the team.

 ### 17. Teamhood is very helpful to organize our projetcs and daily work

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Easy to use with a team, and with almost all the features needed, even in the trial version.
Can be easily implemented and the customer support is very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

When setting a date, you cannot set the exact hour, in cases of meetings and similar

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization with a small team and general overview of the project

 ### 18. Simple, Aesthetic, and Highly Functional Project Management Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artur J. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

What I like best about Teamhood is its simplicity, clarity, and wide range of configuration options. Switching over from a competing platform was almost effortless since I was already familiar with most of the features, and so was my team.

The support was responsive, although we contacted them due to a small issue, which was resolved very quickly—something I really appreciate. Despite being relatively new to the platform, we’ve been treated seriously, and that continues to this day.

From a technical standpoint, it's hard to find faults. Switching between tabs is fast and seamless. The platform is highly efficient and doesn’t slow down at all. It includes both basic and advanced features, allowing for excellent team organization.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The lack of a mobile app is a major drawback, especially in 2024 when it's an essential feature. Additionally, the login sessions could last longer for a more seamless user experience.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood solves the problem of maintaining a proper workflow, ensuring efficient task management, and providing clear and seamless collaboration within the team. This has greatly benefited us by improving productivity and keeping everyone aligned on projects.

 ### 19. Teamhood is a great tool to keep project organized and shared with the team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I like that you can customize the columns and rows. Each person on our team has a standardized set of columns that we use, but we can also add different things. We use this to keep up with daily projects coming in and to check our teams bandwidth for new request. I like that we can add a due date, change the colors (we color coordinate, so we know if we've moved it across different teams), and the quick complete button. We use it everyday and it is very easy and intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Some of the downsides is how often a job has to be moved. I wish it had a partnership with microsoft and/or salesforce to make some of our processes and steps a little quicker.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us keep open projects organized, pause projects, and track completed projects across our entire team.

 ### 20. Good to Suggest others

 ### 21. The perfect combination of Kanban & Gantt that I was looking for!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I had already tried a range of project management platforms - none of which fit all of my needs - when I came across Teamhood. The platform was very easy to get acustomed with and the interface is very clean which allows for a great overview at a glance. Teamhood provides the specific features that I had missed in other tools (e.g., being able to divide the Kanban board into different sections/swimlanes) as well as many more that I don't need for my purposes right now but that are for sure very beneficial for other users (e.g., budgeting). Also, the integration of both the Kanban board and the Gantt chart is flaweless and allows of me benefit from both types of visualization at the same time and plan efficiently. Taken together, it did not take long for me to realize that Teamhood was exactly that tool that I had been looking for! Although I have only started using it recently, it has already been extremely helpful in structuring my work from day to day as well as in planning for the upcoming moths. Lastly, the customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

I have not been able to make out any significant shortcomings of the platform.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that Teamhood has been solving for me is structuring my daily work while keeping track of the different streams of work, reconcile different timelines and being able to visualize and plan the workload and project paths for the upcoming months.

 ### 22. Only good free software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It doesn't take away Gantt chart access in free version, can't see any other software who does the same

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Honestly, no flaws so far for me. Incredibly easy to pick up and use.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting our progress and to-do items set out clearly and accessible for the team

 ### 23. Quite useful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin Felipe G. | Store Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The Gantt-checklist style gives clarity to the projects to do and to follow upcoming tasks to cover.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Not being able to sync it with my google calendar in the free version is the greatest downside.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Furthermore, we can set up notifications for appropriate actions and changes, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

We manage our projects based on the responsible persons, timeline, and status. Initially, I was a bit confused about using Teamhood, but the customer service was excellent and helped me out.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorting and tracking the history of comments and activity are the most crucial features for us. We find Teamhood to be very user-friendly and it consolidates all the essential features we require. Additionally, Teamhood consistently updates new functions based on user needs, which we greatly appreciate.

These features allow me and the team to track my time spent on each task accurately and generate reports, ensuring that we stay on top of the workload and can easily report our teams progress with our supervisors.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Teamhood could benefit from an expansion of keyboard shortcuts and commands.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood addressed challenges in managing the academic project-related tasks by providing effective time-tracking and reporting functionalities. The platform's toolset, including Kanban boards and Gantt charts, supports a balanced overview of projects, aiding in task prioritisation and project planning. ### 28. Excellent platform for team task management in KANBAN format

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The platform offers an excellent Kanban tool with different types of user access, which makes management even better.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Being still new, there are still some details to improve, such as some shortcuts to increase agility.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regarding the issue of user view restriction, it was not found on other platforms. For those who manage teams where it is not allowed to see other users' cards, this is excellent.

 ### 29. Excellent tool to manage tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rozanne S. | Configuration Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It looks good, works very well, is intuitive, and is upgraded often to keep up with the needs and expectations (requests) of the users. I have tried other tools (no names will be mentioned) but it is definitely a cut above the rest. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Selecting the calendar days, sometimes I need to choose a period from X to Y and other times I need to select a date, i.e. no start date. I find it tricky to do this sometimes, but that could be 'user error' and not necessarily the tool.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have received many actions from various projects and other tools, so keeping them all in one place is fantastic. It is also better than writing them in my notebook because once I turn that page, it is out of sight and out of mind!

 ### 30. Very useuful tool with great support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Good overviews, subtasks, different boards and methods (kanban, list, etc) availabvle

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Overview of board members could be more helpful

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've got several projects with different topics going on at the same time. Teamhood helps me to have an overview over all of them.

 ### 31. My Team uses Teamhood as a low cost option for a solid Kanban Board application.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The UI is intuitive, implementation is easy, and adding new team members is straight forward.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

guests being migrated to the paid version but i get it.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamhood is solving the issue of being an easy to use PM tool that anyone can pick up.

 ### 32. A burgeoning platform and building a relationship

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

- Simplicity + flexibility
- Highly engaged relationship and prouct management teams
- Highly-effective Kanban concept for delivery teams + more traditional 'views' like Gantt = platform for merging 'traditional' 'project-management' with modern, dynamic project and work-item delivery tactics
- Azure platform
- Modular concept of Workspaces for effective modeling of organizational structures and concepts
- Implementation model options including SaaS, hosted-data, and hosted-data+application
- - SaaS platform enables immediate 'on-boarding'
- - Hosted options provide paths to data sovereignty, customization, and stricter control of application lifecycyle

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

As we've only just begun the journey of implementation -- empowering individual contributors to refine workflows, optimize structures, size stories for effective velocity in time-to-value, embrace WIP-limits, etc -- we have yet to identify material 'dislikes'. What appears to be prospective opportunity are more robust programmatic interfaces and visualization controls in the realm of 'reporting and analysis'; our desires and efforts to implement in a way that models an enterprise org structure includes needs to present views that push the current boundaries a bit. That said, the Teamhood Account Management team (shout-out to Deimante Cekanauskaite) and Product Management folks have accepted any challenge as an oppotunity to continuously improve the product and deliver on customer satisfaction.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Better visualization of work-items in workstreams across diverse enterprise teams
- - Enablement for better collaboration
- - Clearer exposure of issues/bottlenecks in delivery process
- - Better enables 'swarming'
- - Effective visualization of process promotes trust in process
- Team ownership of workflow models -- and continuous improvement of their workflows
- - Ease of ability to 'try' things and get fast, visual feedback on impact
- Enabling essential concepts of Kanban methodology like effectively-sized stories and WIP-limits
- - Starting less / finishing more
- - Value-driven prioritization
- - - - Promoting MVP thinking

 ### 33. Best application for project managment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franco F. | Chemical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It offers a wide range of functions for free.
It provides with all you need, gantt view chart, list chart, integration with colleagues, tags, status and dependencies.
I would recommend it for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

I does not really have any disadvantage.
The free version, which is what I use, offers 100mb storage. It is enough if you don't attach any big file.
It offers 5 people to collaborate with supply 99% of teams.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like Teamhood because I can create any number of project. It is really easy to access the information and update it when needed. The software automatically update any related information to any task. And it is possible to add all the information needed in each task such as status, budget, start and due dates, dependencies, comments, description, tags and more.

 ### 34. Sweet roadmaps and flexible project workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janne T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Teamhood is fresh and easy to use and flexible enough to fit my own and each project workflows.
User experience is inspiring and joy to use daily. Roadmap and project views can easily be shared via link with visitors and everyone is up-to-date.

I haven't got any problems, so I don't know how well the customer service is working.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Nothing so far after one month of active daily usage.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shared roadmaps for every stackholder. Everybody is on track.

 ### 35. Excellent tool to manage projetcs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulo M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The way information is presented. The visual way to organize everything is easier. Extremely simple to use, being able to drag and drop items as you need. Very good! Me and my team found it very easy to implement. We use almost everyday! Including the Microsoft Teams integration.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

So far, havent found anything that I dont like in it ;)

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team Task Management, so that we can control more projects at the same time with the same human resources.

 ### 36. Saved our team Valuable time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** christopher l. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Its helped us streamline our processes very well and saved us soo much time, it has a very natural feel and is easy to use. Where you need hepl the videos are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

I have on more than one ocasion clicked a job complete by accident when moving it, this is very simple to reverse, maybe a confirmation click would help. Or i could be less clumsy when moving.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allocation of tasks and sub tasks, to make sure everything is done within the correct time frames and nothing is missed

 ### 37. The best tool for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cecília R. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It's easy and intuitive to use, aewsome to manage project and the team as well. It has all the functionalities that we need and the price is fair.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

If they added filters and a way of saving visualization at the portflio and workloas it will be perfect. And more colours as well.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can manage our projects and resources in one place, the whole company can acces, so people do not need to ask how the project is going, they can see for themselves.

 ### 38. Most full-featured Kanban board, with killer features that make managing large projects much easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikołaj D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

We tested many products in this space and found Teamhood's Kanban board the most full-featured and highly intuitive. Child status groups are an absolute killer feature for managing large projects. You can visualize child items (Kanban cards) belonging to a parent item directly on the board and fully concentrate on the given task. On the other hand, you have a complete bird's eye overview of the project without dealing with clutter. Once tried, everyone who worked on larger projects will appreciate this feature and not want to miss it. There is no going back; we could miss some parts, but not this one.

On the other hand, we get great customization of boards, WIP, filters, views and just too many to list. Having all this functionality, Teamhood remains a very intuitive tool.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Teamhood needs more keyboard shortcuts and commands. On the other hand, the many capabilities of Teamhood far outweigh this shortcoming and should be an easy fix.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We plan, design and develop large web-based applications in a modern technology stack. Teamhood allows managers to retain a birds-eye overview of the scope of the projects and the team to concentrate precisely on the assigned tasks. With child status groups, the team has a Kanban board within a Kanban board, an approach that we have not found elsewhere.

 ### 39. Pleasant and Productive.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin W. | Technical Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It is inherently very flexible and provides a lot of useful data from the get go.
Very generous free plan.
It is definitely much better than most tools that I have tried previously.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

It could use a dark mode. Other than that I do not have any real dislikes about the platform.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the project & task management. Plus it also helps visibility for middle and upper management with team members. This allows for more effective collaboration.

 ### 40. Very helpful tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elvyra M. | Corporate Sustainability Consultant | Sustainability Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Although it is not a tool for everyone, it helps me structure and plan my projects, with ability to delegate tasks between team members

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

It could use some improvement to function more intuitively and smoothly (small things like completing repeating tasks that would not complete the whole sequence of tasks planned in the future, or a smoother workload planning function, that would not mess up when dragging some tasks, that would distribute hours more accurately for longer tasks, etc.).

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps to plan and structure project tasks, plan workload, plan and prioritise daily tasks, love the function that delegates for team members, however, did not have a chance to use it properly because team members do not get involved.

 ### 41. Great tool to manage your projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Super intuitive and easy to use. Very flexible kanban settings - love separate statuses for child items.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Missing role to only manage subscription without licence.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Planning long-term projects including workload management.

 ### 42. Phenomenal - Exactly what I've been looking for!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | Executive Recruiter and Talent Strategy Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Honestly, everything. I have tried and canceled subscriptions to at least 20 Project/Task management apps (monday/ClickUp/Notion, etc) over the last couple of years and finally found TeamScore. TeamScore is visually perfect - I find that most of the apps are visually distracting and honestly take too much time to learn and organize. Teamscore allows me to keep complex tasks organized and allows me to use simple or complex Kanban formats which I love. I also love the Note taking feature. Overall, it's impeccably intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Nothing so far. I've been using it for weeks and it's meeting all of my needs.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a consultant and manage multiple client projects. I needed a system to track both high level client goals and project level goals both strategic and administrative. I needed to easily track due dates and what I accomplish on a weekly basis. I also needed a simple, effective way to organize notes by client contact - Teamhood intuitively organizes all of this in a way that makes perfect sense and saves me a lot of time.

 ### 43. Simple solutions for simple scenarios

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

We were looking for a simple Kanban for our small engineering team, which would also make sense economically. Teamhood fits like a glove to such a scenario - it has everything you need if you just need to manage work using simple Kanban flow, and it's very competitively priced!

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

Doesn't allow attaching files to comments in tasks. Also, managing the completion of subtasks is not very user-friendly - it doesn't allow you to see if they're complete.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure everyone on the team knows what they are supposed to be doing and the project is moving along.

 ### 44. For simple and effective team activity management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I started using TeamHood for activity review of part of the team, in testing, particularly the KANBAN features. I have tested several tools on the market in demo version and TeamHood offers several advantages in its free trial version limited to 5 users/1 guest compared to competing tools:

=> it allows managing swimlanes natively at the Kanban level
=> it allows formatting by swimlane but also by user or by tag.

We will test it for a few weeks and if it works well with the team and indeed allows us to be more efficient, it is likely that we will move to a more advanced version to generalize it to the rest of the team.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The limit on the number of users on the free version. On the KANBAN, for a column in "process mode," it is not possible to add a "classic" column next to it... you are forced to recreate a block, which is less fluid on the "same step."

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has made it easier to share activities through visual management, which is seemingly simple but very effective for communication. Additionally, it has saved time on formalizing activity progress.

 ### 45. Intuitive, rich and fast growing: the best bet out there!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matteo M. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The flexibility Teamhood has in terms of configuration, still maintaining simplicity, is astonishing!
It's the perfect mix for my use case, a newly born scrum team working on multiple projects simultaneously in a little company that can't afford to be very structured on the management side. After an extensive search and trial of all famous and less famous products, I found teamhood and realized that all the others are too rigid in how they make you adapt your needs to their software. Teamhood is the opposite; it gives you multiple ways to find how you want to use it to fit your needs.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The absence of markdown syntax, or a rich text editor, inside the individual task description is a minus.
Considering they have been adding new features every week since I started using Teamhood two months ago, I expect such a feature to be in their pipeline and be released sooner or later!

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves two problems, one easy and one complex. The easy problem is task management (many products handle that very well). The complex one is that I regularly have to cover several roles: scrum master, team leader, solution architect, product owner, and senior dev, depending on the project and the needs. Teamhood let me set up a flexible environment. Multiple backlogs, custom fields, all information is there, and I customized each view. Now all my activities can be done productively. Other professional products always felt rigid, which meant introducing an obstacle when my duties got slowed down by the tool that should help me instead.

 ### 46. Intuitive, a ton of flexibility and excellent visual layout that's easy on the eyes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason J. | Head of Sales, CFO | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

It's so easy to organize the data. The GANTT chart, and Kanban views are excellent. All the functionality I need without making it overly complex. Quick learning curve. I tried several competitors first. Monday.com and Clickup and didn't find them as easy to learn and there was so much going on on their pages that it was hard to zero in on what you were working on.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

I haven't got the graphical dashboard views to work very well. It seems like they are still working on those.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having my co-founder and I to organize and collaborate seamlessly.

 ### 47. So efficient and well thought, the attention to detail is awesome.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chakad B. | Maintenance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

Many configurations, different tables, and a really neat visual presentation

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

The plugin into slack does not work properly

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management and workflow visualization

 ### 48. keep up the good work !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filip K. | IT Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

I have been using this application for 2-3 months and so far I have not hit any limitations, I have everything I need here. Regular and quite frequent updates bring new features

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

What I miss is the release notes with information about what has changed for users in the next version, but maybe I have not noticed these emails

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a tool to assign tasks to employees and record their working time

 ### 49. Really good, get-going experience with my team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sol B. | Senior Global Technical Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

the board is very easy to use.
cute and personal styling to tasks.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

the weekly repeat isn't great.
it bugs and repeats over more or over due events.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

daily managing with my team for a lot of tasks.

 ### 50. Detailed and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Teamhood?**

The views that offer a good range of filtering and customization and the dependencies of the tasks like 'Waiting for' and 'Suspend'. i find these two the most useful as I work with them every day.

**What do you dislike about Teamhood?**

What I tried to work with and it was complicating the flow of the work were the Child items. The idea of having the Child items is good but you lose the track of the Child items in the Output if a view more complex is built.

**Recommendations to others considering Teamhood:**

If you are looking for a planning tool with a detailed view Teamhood should be your choice.

**What problems is Teamhood solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see often that Teamhood team is fixing bugs and adding small stuff that I did not know I needed until I get to use them. This is a added bonus to our planning every day as we also strive to improve the way of working.
