
Aligned provides a platform for sales team to position themselves as an expert not only for the product of interest but for the sales process in general. Our product and service offerings are complex, usually involving multiple stakeholders and varying timelines. Aligned allows us to take what is traditionally an intimidating sales process and present it in a way that puts our prospects at ease. It allows us to demonstrate that we’ve done this before, that we are the experts because everything in our sales rooms are laid out in a way that brings peace of mind to prospective buyers. I would like to see improvements to our ability to customize the design/ look and feel of the room. Examples would be changing colors to match prospects branding, changing the size and layout of different sections, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
