The duplicate checker allows setting different duplicate scenarios that are configurable on a field level. They allow complex combination where Salesforce is lacking this functionality. Although it is easy to use it can be challenging to fine tune the scenarios Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Cross-field matching. I like that I can identify duplicates by comparing values across multiple fields on a given object, all within a single job. Many other tools do not support cross-field matching at all or only allow one cross-field pair per job.

-Ability to use multiple scenarios in a single job. I like that I can identify duplicates across multiple scenarios all within a single job, as opposed to running a separate job for each scenario.

-Displays potential duplicates to end users on view and edit pages. Duplicate Check comes with a custom component that shows the user potential duplicates based on the more elaborate matching rules that we are setting up in the app. The out-of-box matching and duplicate rules would not catch nearly all of these matches.

-Resources/documentation. Duplicate Check comes with a lot of articles, guides, and how-to videos to help you get up and running with the program.

-Ease of doing business. It was easy to set up a discovery call and demo for Duplicate Check compared to other tools I considered. Duplicate Check also had the quickest response time when it came to answering questions and issuing a quote.

-Helpful SDR. Linh Do was our SDR, and she is probably the best SDR I have worked with for any app. In addition to being prompt and clear, Linh did a great job understanding the details of our use case and tailored her demo to show how Duplicate Check could handle some of the trickier problems we would be facing.

-Pricing/nonprofit discount. I was concerned that Duplicate Check would be out of our price range, but the product was very affordable, especially with the non-profit discount. There isn't anything I dislike about Duplicate Check. However, the tool is so capable and sophisticated that it might be difficult for a new admin or an also-admin to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Duplicate Check does everything you would want from a duplicate management tool and then some. It's quick to set up, highly customisable, and allows you to tailor a perfect balance between what you want to happen automatically, and what you want to have a set of eyes on first. My favourite feature is the ability to set a value preference on a field-by-field basis - for example, on this [date] field, I want you to keep the latest value, but on this [date] field, I want you to keep the earliest value.

I once had an issue that Duplicate Check couldn't solve (because Salesforce doesn't support it, not because of a product short-coming), and rather than saying it couldn't be done, their support team went above and beyond and provided me with the code for a custom trigger that solved the problem. The advantages of Plauti Data Management have primarily been time savings in routine data cleansing and quality tasks. On the other hand, it has been a good choice as an ally for Salesforce CRM security.

Plauti has been a tool that has encompassed both preventive and corrective tasks regarding data cleansing and ensuring information quality and security.

In terms of usability, it is quite user-friendly and adaptable to various levels of users. It is easily implemented and seamlessly integrates with other tools like Duplicate Check.

The frequency of usage within our organization is nearly daily, making the tool a permanent fixture and exhibiting good levels of UX/UI.

As the main limitation, I have found difficulty in establishing data validation rules preventively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its duplicate scoring and advanced merge rules are best in class. I've looked into similar products, and Duplicate Check is the best all-around software for matching and merging SF duplicates. We particularily like the ability to select a master record based on customizable criteria, and the ability to set merge rules on a field-by-field basis. I worked with Linh, one of the reps at Duplicate Check, who demoed the product and showed me how to customize the software for our organization. She was incredibly helpful and professional, and made the product easy to implement. I like how you can create your own configurations for each object and also mulit object checking. Although we haven't branched out to using API or Rest API's i like how that is an avialable option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
