## About Aligned
Aligned is the buyer-facing AI Deal Workspace where revenue teams run deals in one shared link. Aligned brings structure to the messy space between your CRM and your buyer, where most deals actually win or stall: stakeholder complexity, unclear next steps, champions selling internally, and decisions happening asynchronously across emails, decks, threads, and scattered tools. CRMs record what happened. Aligned is the system of action that helps teams execute what needs to happen next, together with the buyer. Used by Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer Success teams, Aligned combines a Digital Sales Room and Client Portal into a single workspace that supports the full revenue lifecycle, from pipeline creation to onboarding and expansion. Teams consolidate all buyer and customer materials, plans, and communications in one place, with visibility and control over the deal narrative. With the AI Deal Workspace, Aligned goes beyond organizing content. AI works inside the workflow with full deal context to keep execution moving forward: \* Auto-builds deal resources after every call, including an executive summary, requested content, and action items, with no prompts or setup \* Reads signals across calls, email, CRM, and workspace engagement to flag risk, surface what changed, and recommend the next best move \* Maps stakeholders automatically to uncover hidden influencers, track buying signals, and guide multithreading \* Generates and maintains key deal assets like business cases, mutual action plans, recap pages, and follow-up emails for review and send \* Gives buyers AI inside the workspace to summarize content, answer security and compliance questions, and progress decisions asynchronously, all in one link with no login under the seller’s control By replacing traditional workflows like email threads, spreadsheets, attachments, and disconnected links, Aligned reduces buyer friction, improves alignment across the buying committee, equips champions, and creates more predictable execution for complex B2B deals. Key capabilities include: \* Digital Sales Rooms for proposals, decks, demo recordings, stakeholder content, and mutual action plans \* Buyer engagement signals across stakeholders to guide follow-up and prioritize execution \* Shared onboarding and customer workspaces to streamline implementation and reduce time-to-value \* Client Portal-style collaboration for ongoing customer management, expansions, and renewals Aligned is used by 50,000+ sales and customer success teams, with 1M+ buyers collaborating in workspaces every month, and is recognized by G2 as a category leader.

## Aligned Reviews
 ### 1. Cohesive Customer Experiences and Powerful Engagement Tracking for Complex Sales Cycles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will M. | Sales Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

We run complex sales cycles involving numerous stakeholders. It's super helpful for organizing and providing an easy customer experience when sharing materials. Especially when bringing new people up to speed who weren't in previous conversations. UI/UX is simple and easy to upload relevant materials, providing "Libraries" and templates that your organization can create to speed up that up front work.

Biggest unexpected benefit is the tracking of who actually went and visited the room and looked at our materials. This has helped me forecast deals more accurately and get insight into who is actually engaging with our material and a serious buyer. Deals I normally would waste time on I don't anymore, and ones that don't seem qualified are now moving quick because I can see how they interacted with our content.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Upfront work of creating the library and the templates can be admin intensive.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and sharing information with prospects in a way that's easy to digest and process. In long sales cycles with sometimes 10+ stakeholders, keeping everyone in the loop and email chains can sometimes become all over the place and chaotic. This keeps everything in one place and empowers champions to sell internally, so we're selling through champions rather than just to them.

 ### 2. Creates a Straight Forwards Sales Room for Prospects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B. | Founder and Community Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I think Aligned does a really good job with their free function. Even though it's branded as Aligned, it still feels personal enough that it seems like it's coming from my company. Also, sharing different resources in one spot is my favorite thing about it. It's very simple and intuitive; I had no issues getting in and setting up my first room.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The sharing is a little clunky when it comes to understanding the different share options. I've been particularly confused about sharing where people are required to put their name or email. I've tried turning that on and found that people commented they were not able to review the room at all. Also, the templates were a little confusing, and I didn't really understand how to use them.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned lets me gather different resources in one place, improving prospects' experience. I can leave notes and use various mediums, making it more likely they'll review everything.

 ### 3. Revolutionized My Deal Management/Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like Aligned for its convenience and the templates it offers. The templates give me a defined process and allow me to have hidden content that I can always add to the room as it becomes relevant for the deal cycle. I appreciate being able to start the align rooms pretty small with a few essential components needed for all deals and then continue to add as the process continues. Additionally, the initial setup was actually very simple. I could use some premade templates, pop in my content, and get started quickly, which made the onboarding process quite smooth.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish there was a more detailed connection to HubSpot. We use HubSpot, and others use Salesforce, but having the ability to update and add all my notes in Aligned without having to manage it separately in HubSpot would be cool. Also, it would be great to see the deal pipeline within Aligned for internal presentations.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned centralizes all deal information in one spot, making it easier to track and manage everything for prospects. It streamlines communication by keeping dialogue, emails, and resources together, preventing data from being scattered across multiple platforms.

 ### 4. Aligned Streamlines Client Onboarding with a Clean, Shared Workspace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tania G. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Aligned has genuinely changed how we manage client onboarding. The shared workspace makes it easy to keep our team and clients on the same page — literally. Instead of chasing down updates across email threads or Slack, everything lives in one place: milestones, resources, next steps, action items. The UI is clean and intuitive enough that clients actually use it without needing hand-holding, which is a huge win. I also love how it creates a sense of shared accountability — both sides can see what's pending and who owns what. For a CS team running multiple onboardings simultaneously, that visibility is everything.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Everything is great, we love it! Nothing we dislike at the moment

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aligned, onboarding was scattered — action items lived in email, resources were shared via random links, and it was hard to know at a glance where a client actually stood in the process. We struggled with keeping clients engaged and accountable between calls without constant follow-up. Aligned solved that by giving us a single, client-facing workspace where everything is organized and visible to both sides. Now we can track milestone progress, surface the right resources at the right time, and walk into every client touchpoint knowing exactly what's been completed and what's still open. The result is a smoother onboarding experience, fewer "what's next?" emails, and clients who feel more confident in the process from day one.

 ### 5. Aligned Keeps Multi-Stakeholder Enterprise Deals on Track in One Place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam G. | Director of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Enterprise deals don't have one buyer, they have a committee. Aligned gives you one place to manage all of it: content, mutual action plans, stakeholder visibility, and buyer engagement signals, all in a single room.
Before Aligned, keeping multiple stakeholders on the same page meant scattered emails, duplicate decks, and no visibility into who was actually engaged. Now every resource lives in one place, buyers can share it internally without us losing the thread, and we can see exactly who's viewing what and when.
The mutual action plan feature alone has changed how we run late-stage deals. It keeps both sides accountable to a shared timeline instead of chasing next steps over email.
If you're running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, this is the tool that fills the gap between your CRM and your buyer.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

There's ramp time, especially for reps who aren't used to running structured deal rooms.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise software evaluations are hard to manage from the buyer's side. There are multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and no clear way to keep everyone aligned on what they've seen and what comes next. Aligned gives prospects a structured space to do that work.
The deal room becomes a resource for the buyer, not just the seller. Content is organized, next steps are visible, and colleagues can get up to speed without scheduling another demo. It essentially teaches buyers how to run a better evaluation, which benefits everyone.
For us, that means less time chasing follow-ups and more deals that move because the buyer's internal process is actually working.

 ### 6. Aligned Is a Game-Changer for Sharing Demos and Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne G. | Senior Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

LOVE. Aligned was recommended to me by a sales rep at another company, and it has genuinely been a game changer. Being able to upload and categorize different modularized demos, assets, and webpage examples has made it so much easier to share as follow-up with prospects, and to send to partners as a simple intro to our software. I'm using the free plan and it is so worth it and useful! Once I start growing our team, I'll definitely move onto a paid plan. The UI is super user-friendly and I love that I can create multiple work spaces and edit easily.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Honestly, nothing major at this point. I’m not using it to its fullest potential, so I probably could use a few more marketing emails about onboarding and features lol. That’s on me for not diving in more.

The only other thing is the barrier of entry to the workspace. I don’t want to require a name and email or a password, but then I end up with mostly anonymous visitors. Ideally, I’d like a bit more AI analysis on where my visitors are coming from. But again, that’s probably my fault for not digging in deep enough.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This saves me a ton of time on follow-up and eliminates the need to create individualized videos for every prospect. It also helps to have everything in one place that a prospect can easily share with their team, instead of sending an email with 15 different links. The software’s performance is consistently reliable—I love it.

 ### 7. Effortless Client Communication, Insightful Prospect Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian G. | Founding Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like using Aligned to update my clients with beautiful-looking information. It provides a centralized location to include all of my proposal information and lets me view who's been in it, how many times, and for how much time. This feature gives me a good indication if my deals are heating up or stalling, which I find really helpful. I also appreciate that it tells me if a deal is heating up or stalling, helping me to focus on the prospects most likely to purchase. The setup was very easy and simple to use, which makes the transition smooth. Honestly, I like everything about it.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I like it all! It really helps my clients receive info about our offerings

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned to update clients with great-looking information. It centralizes proposals and shows engagement, helping me focus on deals heating up rather than stalling.

 ### 8. Aligned’s Shared Workspace Keeps Deals Organized and Collaborative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurpreet K. | Director of Sales, North America, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

What I like best about Aligned is how easy it makes it to keep deals organized and collaborative without creating extra work for the buyer. The shared workspace is a game changer — it gives prospects a single place to access materials, track next steps, and stay aligned throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

As more stakeholders get added, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure consistent engagement across the group, so any features that help drive or track multi-threaded participation would be helpful.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves the problem of fragmented communication and lack of visibility during complex sales cycles. Instead of relying on long email threads, scattered attachments, and multiple tools, it brings everything into one shared workspace where both internal teams and prospects can stay aligned. This is helping me get all stakeholders on the same page

 ### 9. Quick Setup and Easy Document Sharing in a Digital Room

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan B. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I’m impressed by how quick and easy it was to get up and running, and to share all the key documents that would otherwise have been seven or eight email attachments. The feedback I received from my prospect was very complimentary, and they were interested in learning more about the digital room as well.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I found that some of the features weren’t as mature as I would have liked, but after I reported a bug, they got back to me within a few hours. I genuinely believe they’re going to resolve it, and it was clear they took the issue seriously. Overall, that felt like a strong reflection of how the company treats its customers.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cognitive overload prospects experience when they’re inundated with multiple attachments, and then have to go back and forth throughout a sales campaign, is immense—and I think Align solves that. It’s also integral to sales success to have a mutual action plan, and that’s definitely something Align will help me with. On top of that, I can create a shared space for other members of the buying committee, get to know them more organically, and track whether they’re actually engaging with the content. That’s always something you hope for when you send an email, but you never really know for sure.

 ### 10. Centralized Information Hub, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tristan S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like Aligned because my customers can view all relevant data in one spot without having to create their own folder, making it easy and simple. Having all my company's data relevant to my customers in one location solves a major problem for me. It's helpful that customers and prospects can view relevant white papers, demos, and data sheets all in one place. I also found the initial setup of Aligned to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

While the data that we have works well, I do wish that each segment was more restrictive because sometimes I accidentally duplicate forms in different segments which looks redundant. I wish I could be notified when the same doc is posted twice.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned to centralize company collateral for prospects and customers, making it easy for them to view relevant white papers, demos, and data sheets in one place without creating their own folders.

 ### 11. Streamlined Sales Process, Needs UI Tweaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that Aligned keeps everything well put together and organized, making it easy for reference, sharing, and evaluation. It feels like a modern way of sharing information, going the extra step for folks, which I think they appreciate. It simplifies things for all parties involved. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy and very simple.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I'm not liking the new drag and drop feature that's on there. It's a little bit clunky in a way where you can't really see where you're placing it. For the banners, pictures at the top, it would be great if there were some pre-templated options. Every time I want to change it, I have to go to Google Images and take a screenshot or drag an image in and then crop. A search navigation feature in there would be really great.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Aligned, I get less clutter in emails by sharing a simple link instead of multiple attachments. It keeps things organized and feels modern, simplifying information sharing and evaluation for everyone involved.

 ### 12. Insightful Deal Room Analytics, Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned’s analytics fantastic, especially the ability to quickly view a timeline and understand a prospect’s journey and interests within the deal room. It’s also a great tool for onboarding new users, since it gives them the context they need to catch up fast, even if they’re brought in late in the deal. The product has been fairly performant as well—we haven’t experienced downtime or noticeable lag when working in deal rooms. We haven’t rolled out the AI features yet, but based on the materials that were sent to us, they look very promising for generating new deal rooms and quickly providing content that’s relevant to the opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Integrations and embedding functionality leave a lot to be desired. A good example of this is the Gong integration which defaults to only calls in the last week and doesn't allow you to cut or trim the video. It should be customizable for lookback period as well as being able to trim videos. Embedding is also not a fantastic experience as the video player doesn't have great controls and embedded pages (like Notion) cannot be expanded full screen. It has left us manually adding content as downloadable files to make it easier for our prospects to use and we lose out on some of those analytics.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned to get analytics on prospect activity, which helps us gauge deal viability and understand the value of the content we share. It also provides a clear onboarding timeline so new users can ramp up quickly with the context they need. Before using Aligned, we relied on Slack to share resources with prospects, and we often couldn’t tell when someone was active or engaged unless they explicitly told us. With Aligned, we can get resources in front of prospects faster, and it has shaved off almost a week of POC time by enabling prospects to self-serve and self-enable sooner.

 ### 13. 4-time Aligned champion. It's easy and it is advanced.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruben T. | Director, Mid Market Sales & CS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

The platform’s user experience is very easy to navigate while offering advanced capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The only downside I’ve experienced with the platform is that if you’re the first person in the org to adopt Aligned and you use your own card, any subsequent user in the organization is automatically added to your account.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to disseminate content across different buyers within the same organization. I also appreciate the access management settings, which help with more security-sensitive accounts. Another benefit is avoiding spam traps since I don’t have to add attachments to emails. It also lets me interact with buyers quickly through comments and requests, and makes it simple to exchange documents while keeping version control organized.

 ### 14. Highly Customizable Client Rooms with Easy Templates and Document Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan G. | Client Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

The organization and customization is very helpful. I can provide clients a single spot to review budgets and project documents, and show what stage we are in. It's very easy to add documents and I really love that you can save not just rooms as templates, but also tabs.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I've had clients ask if they can have additional rights to be able to add things to the room I've set up for them. Also, I have had clients ask if there is a way they can be set up to receive notifications when changes or additions are made to their room.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it's solving is keeping projects in the forefront for clients so they can see when they need to execute. Having the ability to add due dates and it showing the client that something is "past due" creates a better sense of urgency for implementing and completing projects. It's also been handy for keeping annual initiatives front and center, since it's easy to forget or let other things take priority.

 ### 15. Intuitive and Simple Setup, Needs Better Mobile Optimization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like how easy it is to create digital sales rooms with Aligned. It's very intuitive, and I was able to create my first deal room in just a few minutes. I also like the ability to embed videos from different links and embed slide decks. The setup was very easy, and I like the ability to drag and drop elements to create new tabs, making it super simple without needing any tutorials.

In the room, very responsive and easy to navigate and to edit on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

One of the things that I hope can improve is the ability to change the layout of rooms. They're not very mobile friendly.

I've only tried the AI deal room builder once and didn't find it super helpful at this point, but this could be due to my errors.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned lowers the entry barrier for my company's clients to explore our platform, sparking curiosity in those hesitant to engage with sales. I find it easy and intuitive for creating digital sales rooms quickly, with features like embedding videos and slide decks.

 ### 16. Aligned Streamlines Client Sales Rooms, Documents, and Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas K. | Senior Software Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Aligned is best replacment of the constant email chains which gets created with the clients , and we need to search back and forth for all the converstaion, in order to serach any documents which we need to resend it to client regarding the sales talk which recently happened, and it is very well structured we can use the template or custom template and create rooms and share with internal team and client and we can be on same page, and we share our documenst videos and anything and get the sales pitch done, we get a nice dashboards as well and check status is the room active , are the sales done, its a great platform

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

nothing as such, at the start it was bit confusing some modules to understand, like when the status changes, like when the room status changes to closed or won, and intially faced login issue which was resolved by there internal team as well

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, the separate email chains which gets created when having a sales talk with client, and we need to go back and forth for each and evrthing, so here we simply create the roo, invite the client and we can comunicate, and share the road map how will be dealing and enrolling teh client in our software

 ### 17. SaaS Account Executive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sivan K. | Senior AE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Aligned makes it incredibly easy to keep everything about a deal in one shared space. I love how intuitive the platform is. It doesn’t take long to set up, and even clients who aren’t tech-savvy can navigate it easily. It’s been a game-changer for transparency and collaboration with prospects. The ability to track engagement and see when stakeholders interact with the workspace is especially useful. Customer support has also been very responsive and proactive, which makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Occasionally I wish there were a few more customization options. For example, being able to tailor templates or branding a bit more deeply. Also, the analytics section could go a little further in showing long-term engagement trends.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aligned, keeping all deal-related information organized and accessible to both sides was a real challenge. We’d share decks, proposals, and timelines across multiple email threads, and it was easy for things to get lost or outdated. Aligned brings everything into one shared workspace, so our buyers always know where to find the latest materials, next steps, and key contacts.

It’s also solved the problem of visibility. I can see when prospects are engaging with content, who’s involved on their side, and where deals might be stalling. That level of insight helps me prioritize follow-ups and move opportunities forward faster.

 ### 18. Aligned Makes MSPs Clear, Professional, and Truly Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I’ve used Aligned at four different organizations, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. It’s one of those tools that just makes sense from the start. The design is clean and intuitive, which makes it really easy to build clear, straightforward MSPs for my clients without overcomplicating things.

What stands out most to me is how it truly creates alignment. Internally, it gets everyone on the same page around scope, pricing, and deliverables. Externally, it helps clients clearly understand what they’re getting and why it matters. There’s no confusion, no scattered documents, and no endless back-and-forth. Everything is organized in a way that feels simple and professional.

It also does a great job of helping you communicate value, not just price. The structure naturally shifts the conversation toward outcomes and impact, which leads to better conversations and smoother closes. In every organization where I’ve used it, it’s made the sales process more streamlined, more transparent, and honestly more enjoyable.

Once you start using it, it’s hard to imagine going back to doing things any other way.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

One improvement I’d love to see in Aligned is deeper collaboration and visibility tools post-close. It does an amazing job driving alignment during the sales process, but extending that same structured clarity into the onboarding and ongoing client experience would make it even more powerful. For example, tighter integration between the proposal, scope, and project execution phases could help ensure nothing gets lost in handoff.

It would also be valuable to have more built-in analytics around proposal performance. Insights like section engagement, time spent reviewing specific pricing options, or patterns across won versus lost deals could help teams refine their messaging and packaging over time.

Aligned is already incredibly strong at creating clarity upfront. Expanding its capabilities to support long-term client alignment and data-driven optimization would take it from a best-in-class proposal tool to a full lifecycle alignment platform.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned helps me solve the problem of misalignment before it starts. In professional services, so many issues come from unclear scope, vague deliverables, or different expectations between what was sold and what’s delivered. Aligned forces clarity upfront. It helps me define exactly what’s included, how it’s priced, and what outcomes we’re driving toward.

It also solves the “messy proposal” problem. Instead of juggling Word docs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and email threads, everything lives in one structured, client-friendly experience. That alone reduces friction and speeds up decision-making.

Another big one is value communication. It’s easy for conversations to default to price. Aligned helps me frame services around impact and results, which leads to stronger positioning and better close rates.

Internally, it solves handoff issues between sales and delivery. Because scope and pricing are clearly defined, there’s less room for confusion once a client signs. That protects margins and prevents scope creep.

At the end of the day, it helps me sell with clarity, protect the engagement, and create alignment that lasts beyond just the proposal stage.

 ### 19. The Best Way to Share Deal Information and Push Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo A. | Chief Revenue Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

As someone in sales who constantly shares information with clients and prospects, this process can be tricky. Attaching files increases the risk of emails landing in spam, and it’s easy to forget key information when sending multiple follow-ups.

With Aligned, that’s no longer a problem. A single customizable link replaces scattered attachments and keeps everything organized in one place. It not only simplifies communication but also elevates the experience for the prospect and increases engagement throughout the sales process.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I cant find anything right now that I don't like.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In sales, I constantly need to share decks, pricing, case studies, contracts, and follow-ups with clients and prospects. The traditional way of sending attachments over email creates friction, files get lost in long threads, emails hit spam filters, and sometimes key information is missed. It also makes it hard to keep everything updated in one place.

Aligned solves that problem by centralizing everything into a single, customizable link. Instead of sending multiple attachments, I can organize all relevant materials in one shared space that’s easy to update and easy for the prospect to navigate.

This simplifies my workflow, reduces back-and-forth, increases engagement, and ultimately helps me move deals forward faster with a more professional and streamlined buying experience.

 ### 20. Quantifying My Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Head of Mobile Robot Fleet Uptime, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I appreciate the ease of use, as well as the ability to deliver tailored content to different roles and titles. The platform also provides excellent visibility into which companies are highly engaged and spending time in the rooms, and which are less active. This insight helps me prioritize my efforts and decide where to invest my time most effectively.

Additionally, there have been several occasions when someone I wasn't aware was involved in the discussions entered the room, since I require an email to access the room link. Gaining this level of insight and seeing which collateral was important to them helps prevent unexpected developments as both parties work toward finalizing any type of agreement.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The service is expensive—far too costly for a small company like mine to justify subscribing to the highest premium tier. Without access to this top level, we’re unable to integrate the product with our CRM, which is a significant limitation. While this might not matter to every business, for us it’s a major concern and makes renewing our subscription far from a straightforward choice.

 ### 21. Aligned: A Sales Process Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like a lot about Aligned. Two things stand out. One, it's easy to use. It's very clear and it's easy to click through the tabs. I never get questions from prospects because it's all pretty self-explanatory. Specifically feature-wise, I love the 'next steps' feature where we can really map out everything. I can get comments from my prospects, and if something looks off, we can make edits and changes. I love checking something off once it's happened. The satisfaction of checking that out with a prospect and knowing we're moving through a process is great. Previously, I was doing that in spreadsheets, and it's just not a good experience—it doesn't look good, and it's kinda clunky. Aligned makes it clean, and it makes it easy.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish that you could add more tabs to the top banner. It puts a limit on it now, and I run into not having enough tabs for complex deals. It's a small thing, but that's what I'd improve.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned as my one-stop shop for sales, organizing resources, next steps, and making it easy for prospects to access everything they need. It keeps me organized, simplifies prospect communications, and centralizes information for quick access.

 ### 22. Aligned Keeps Deals Moving with Intuitive Mutual Action Plans

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruaridh M. | Corporate Account Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

What I like best about Aligned is how it creates a single, shared space for collaboration that genuinely moves deals forward. It makes it easy to align stakeholders, clarify next steps, and keep momentum without endless email threads or scattered documents. The mutual action plan approach is intuitive and actually gets used, which is rare. It brings transparency, accountability, and structure to complex buying processes in a way that feels simple and human, not heavy or bureaucratic.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

If I had to pick something, it would be that the value of Aligned really depends on consistent adoption from both sides of the deal. When buyers don’t actively engage in the shared space, it can start to feel like just another tool layered into the process. There’s also a bit of a learning curve upfront in getting teams comfortable with building and managing mutual action plans effectively. More enablement would be appreciated on that.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves the lack of visibility and alignment that often slows down complex B2B deals. Instead of relying on scattered emails and unclear next steps, it creates a shared space with clear ownership and mutual action plans.

For me, that means better transparency, stronger accountability, and more predictable deal progression - with fewer surprises along the way.

 ### 23. Aligned Room: A Centralized Single Source of Truth for Stakeholders

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey F. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

The centralised nature of the Aligned room is a real winner for me. In a lengthy sales cycle, it’s easy to lose track of what’s been sent and what’s been committed to over email; document versioning as files go back and forth can also get tricky, and when new stakeholders emerge, onboarding them is often much more out of our control than I’d like. With the Aligned room, stakeholders can be given access to a single source of truth and get themselves up to speed easily, all in one place. We've received very positive feedback form customers and partners on the rooms, it seems to be a differentiator for us which is great. The support form Aligned has been really great too.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

A little more creative control would be great, and flexibility with file types. I would also like to know more about the security of the data.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Differentiates us in the market, great first impressions when used in tender scenarios, allows us to further express our style and personality with media, reduces emails, manages files and assist to reduce versioning risks.

 ### 24. Great for Centralized Communication/Documentation, But Less Effective for Tech-Averse Stakeholders

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franky N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that Aligned allows both myself and customers to easily reference information over time. I also appreciate that you can embed videos, integrate with companies like Loom, and organize everything in different sections for easy understanding of what we discussed at different time periods. It also makes it easy for the seller to see everything relevant to a deal quickly.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I think Aligned would work really well for sellers who are selling to marketers or salespeople. However, I'm selling into an industry that is tech adverse. Even when including the Aligned link in every email with their team and in every Google Calendar event description, I found it wasn't leveraged by the companies I created it for. For example, in one deal there was ~20 different stakeholders involved. There were 10 division leaders (title = VP), a COO, a VP of IT, an SVP who oversaw the division leaders, a CFO, a CEO, a CPO, and a few other individuals. A portion of the deal included a sandbox. I had instructions on how to leverage it, a troubleshooting guide, and all the information I've called out in my other responses. Folks would ask for how to troubleshoot, I'd send them the Aligned link, and they would just ask me to send the info in plain text. It does take time to create the room and upload the appropriate data. I must have spent 2-3 hours building and updating the room. In the example above, I had 3 visitors, with one of those being a partner of mine, 2 interactions, and 3 minutes of viewing that wasn't me. I end up using it as a centralized documentation center for myself vs a collaboration center. Although external stakeholders were invited, it was not leveraged by them. However, if someone asked a question, I could easily refer back to Aligned, find the info and send it via email.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves for communication gaps between myself, my POC at a prospect company, the other prospect stakeholders, and my internal colleagues. It's a central repository of all information related to this deal cycle. It's easier to reference previous discussions than via email, it can include all the documents I've created (BPMNs, implementation documentation, previous call recordings, security information, website links, etc) . I liked that it can have different sections such as an About Us, Next Steps, API/Integration Maps -- really whatever you need based on the deal cycle. It can also be used to create a mutual action plan, store it, have individuals assigned to the tasks, and mark tasks completed. Another issue it solves for is providing my colleagues with all the information needed to understand what's been accomplished in the deal in one location.

 ### 25. Streamlined Our Sales Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan V. | Director of IT, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

We find Aligned invaluable for streamlining our sales process. It allows us to standardize formats while giving individual sellers the flexibility to tweak things to better fit their personal style or the specific requirements of a deal. I like that it keeps everything centralized, so conversations and documents are not lost or overlooked. I appreciate the control that Aligned provides with room templates and item templates, ensuring standardization, while also allowing sellers the freedom to adjust things as needed for specific deals. It may seem like a contradiction, but I really value both the control and freedom it offers. Additionally, we've creatively used Aligned rooms for our New Hire Onboarding, enhancing the system by providing new hires with a more unified experience. Setting it up was overall very easy, despite some initial confusion with the library hierarchy, which we've worked around and submitted feedback and feature requests. So hopefully that will be improved upon in the future.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish that some areas of the platform offered more granular controls. For example, being able to keep the ability for participants to use the comments system, but disable the ability to share a room. Those options are linked together so you either have both of them or neither of them. That doesn't make sense in certain use cases. There were some things that didn't immediately make sense, such as some of the hierarchy of how the 'Library' works. But we eventually figured it out and submitted feedback/feature requests to hopefully improve that.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Aligned to streamline our sales process, standardize formats, and keep everything organized in one place. It makes the sales cycle smoother and more consistent, allowing customizations while ensuring a uniform experience.

 ### 26. Streamlined Client Collaboration, Enhanced Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reon L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

It is a nice and collaborative workspace for prospects to use.I like how Aligned replaces messy email threads and PDF attachments with a shared space for each prospect. This allows me to send out links and create Aligned rooms for multiple stakeholders within a business. It's one shared documented workspace rather than individual threads that can get lost on email. It facilitates more replies from prospects because it's a collaborative shared workspace, not just a generic outbound approach.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Sometimes it can take a little bit too long to actually create a workspace. But I don't know if that's a platform problem or, like, a user problem. I like my things to be super almost like perfect, look nice, you know, easily readable, etcetera.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned provides a shared space for prospects and clients, replacing messy email threads. It facilitates collaboration and increases reply rates. Creating workspaces can be time-consuming, but the ROI is good despite the effort.

 ### 27. Effortless Start with Effective Customer Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Torben H. | Director Business Unit Magento, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned very easy to use. I can easily show my colleagues how it works, and they can get started right away without needing extensive training. It's great that you don't have to read extensive documentation to become familiar with Aligned. The tool is relatively self-explanatory and you can find your way around very quickly. Over time, you discover more and more features. I really like this simplicity.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I can't really say exactly. I also need to spend more time figuring out how to create good templates for myself or different templates for each case. Currently, I work more by duplicating existing rooms. Or rather, when I duplicate rooms, I would like them to still be empty and follow the template, but not contain client-specific content, because I have to be very careful not to share the wrong information with another client.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned helps us provide all potential customers with the necessary information throughout the entire sales process and share it afterwards. It allows us to see how often this information is accessed, which helps in evaluating the lead.

 ### 28. Effortless Content Management and Intuitive Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gianna C. | Strategic Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I love that Aligned acts as a one-stop shop for sharing content with the customers I manage, making it very convenient. I appreciate that I can easily drop new things for them to review and that I get visibility when someone enters the room, which is great even though I'm not in active sales. What I love most is how easy it is to use Aligned. The interface is very intuitive, and I didn't need any classes or videos to get started. I love how easy it is to create an Aligned room and copy templates I've already created, and Aligned even brings in customer logos efficiently- it's the little things that really add up and make my job easier!

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The one thing that could be improved in Aligned is the ability to add more content tabs. I would love that. Otherwise, everything else I love about Aligned.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned as a one-stop shop to share content with customers. It allows dropping new features for them to review and easily share with other team members. Seeing when they engage with their Aligned room helps with follow-ups. It's easy to create rooms, mimic templates, and include customer logos effortlessly.

 ### 29. Clean, Organized Buying Rooms That Elevate Our Enterprise Sales Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Lead, Strategic Accounts, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

What I like most about Aligned is how it creates a clean, organized buying experience for prospects. Rather than chasing links and attachments across email threads, everything is kept in one place—deal-specific content, clear next steps, and ongoing updates. It also helps me present Reactiv.ai in a more polished, enterprise-ready way, while giving me visibility into buyer engagement and interest.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

One area for improvement with Aligned would be deeper CRM and workflow automation, so updates between systems feel even more seamless. I’d also love to see more customization options for room layouts and branding to tailor experiences for different enterprise prospects. Overall though, the platform has been very strong for managing deals and buyer collaboration.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves the problem of scattered sales communication and inconsistent follow-up. Instead of prospects digging through emails for decks, case studies, proposals, or next steps, everything is organized in one shared space. For me, that means a more efficient sales process, stronger buyer engagement, and a more professional experience for enterprise opportunities at Reactiv.ai. It also helps keep momentum in deals by making it easy for multiple stakeholders to access the right information at the right time.

 ### 30. Streamlined Enterprise Sales with Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabel G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like that it's super easy to set up templates in Aligned, and we have automated the processes to create a room when an opportunity is qualified, which keeps everything much more organized. It also helps us uncover ghost stakeholders and use the chat room to create further dialogue, helping us to reengage when necessary. From a marketing and enablement perspective, we can see what content is actually being used and what is helpful for the buyer enablement front. As an admin, it's super easy to see people's activity, so I can identify where additional coaching and support is needed. I appreciate being able to see everyone's rooms and take inspiration from what others are doing, letting us dive into individual and company-wide usage. The instructions in the help center are really great, the onboarding materials make it convenient, and in just a couple of hours, everything is up and running. I set up Aligned without having any tool before, and it was really convenient to integrate it with other tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Gong. I would definitely recommend Aligned to others.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

The fact that you can't yet see which rooms content is used in. So you can see, this content is used in three rooms, but you can't see in which specific rooms. This would be amazing so that you can uncover the patterns between what types of deals content is actually useful for and not.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Aligned helps organize complex enterprise sales by creating one space to unify dialogue and resource sharing. This helps us uncover areas of interest, ghost stakeholders, and reengage prospects. For really long, complex sales cycles this can be extremely helpful - and also help us act as buyer enablers rather than just content sharers. From an admin perspective it is also easy to monitor team activity and provide additional coaching.

 ### 31. Centralized & Personalized Sales Rooms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

Easy interface to understand for me to quickly prepare Sales rooms and easy for first time prospects to access and navigate resources I land there.

Metrics regarding room attendance are easy to find which helps me keep tabs and make decisions about best next steps with a prospect.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

One or two prospects have communicated to me recently that they haven't been able to open certain documents (usually PDF's) which has forced me to delete this content and reupload to their room.

I like to lock down sales rooms with each prospect by requiring an email address to enter, so I have data on which contacts are using the room. Sometimes this feature scares prospects off and they click away without entering an email.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an Account Executive, I send a lot of content to prospect contacts throughout the sales cycle. PDF's (case studies, brochures), Powerpoint decks from calls, demo recordings, and more.

Giving all contacts at a prospect institution a link to access all content in one centralized place vastly improves their experience and gives me metrics regarding whom is accessing what materials.

 ### 32. Customization and Templates That Make Co-Selling Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt S. | Manager, Revenue Enablement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I love the customization and templates that are provided. It's great to have an ability to use Aligned to help co-sell the product and track and anticipate your prospect/customer needs by the insights it provides.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I would love to be able to add pictures to team members without having to pay for their account.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned is solving the problem of having a central respository for our prospects/customers to help learn more about their stage in our business. It has especially helped as we sometimes are meeting with the Champion and before we can get a meeting with the Decision Maker they share the content lounge and get the information needed. prior to our call.

 ### 33. Effortless Deal Rooms, Stellar UX with Minor Upload Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles T. | International Client Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like the ease of use of Aligned, which makes it quick to put together a relevant room for a prospect. It's very intuitive and easy to figure out where things go and how to use them. I appreciate the ability to have all resources in a more branded and tidy place for prospects, which shows extra attention to them and makes them feel special. It's easy for prospects to share with their team, and having all resources in a tidy environment makes it simple for them to access what they need. The activity tracking feature is useful to monitor interest, as it allows me to see when a prospect is interacting with the deal room and which sections are of most interest.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Sometimes file or picture uploads don't work properly and come up as 'failed'. It was annoying that you were forced to create a room straight away instead of being able to have a look around.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves fragmented information for prospects and the lack of engagement tracking. It's easy to use and helps create branded, tidy deal rooms. Activity tracking help to gauge prospect interest.

 ### 34. Effortlessly Organize and Track Investor Pipelines

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin B. | Client Relations Sr. Manager, GMP Custom Protein Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that I can share a single link to a bunch of different resources and track which documents people are actually paying attention to and which ones they're not even looking at. It's very helpful for me. I also find it very easy to work with Aligned, and it was a pleasant surprise to realize how easily it integrates with HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Doing big updates across all the different data rooms is very challenging. I noticed you can update a single document across multiple different data rooms, which is helpful. But making one edit that might be a standard wording in all the data rooms—you can't just update it in one spot and push that out to all the data rooms. I wish there was a way to do that. So that's a little frustrating.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned helps organize my investor and pipeline info, getting it in front of the right decision makers and revealing hidden ones. I can share a single link to multiple resources and track document engagement, helping manage my startup efficiently.

 ### 35. Aligned Brings Real Visibility and Structure to Deal Progression

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

What I like most about Aligned is that it gives real visibility into deal progression, not just surface-level activity. Instead of guessing where things stand, you can see who’s engaging, what they’re focused on, and where momentum is building or slowing down. That makes it much easier to be intentional with follow-up and actually move the deal forward. It also naturally supports multi-threading since you can identify additional stakeholders getting involved and tailor your approach without relying entirely on a single champion.

On top of that, it creates a more structured buying experience for the customer. Everything lives in one place (resources, pricing, next steps), which cuts down on back-and-forth and internal confusion on their side. When the deal room becomes the source of truth, it keeps everyone aligned and maintains momentum in deals that would otherwise stall out in email threads or miscommunication.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

First, it’s only as good as adoption. If your champion doesn’t actually use it or drive internal stakeholders into it, it becomes just another link you sent that gets ignored. You can build a clean, well-structured room, but you still need to sell the process and get buy-in. Without that, you’re back to email threads and chasing people.

Second, it can add overhead if you’re not disciplined. Setting up and maintaining a deal room takes time, especially across multiple deals. If you’re not careful, it becomes busywork instead of something that meaningfully moves deals forward. The key is being selective and using it where the deal complexity actually justifies it.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From an AE perspective, Aligned is solving a pretty real problem: deals falling apart due to lack of visibility and internal misalignment on the buyer’s side. Most complex deals don’t die because of product fit, they die because you’re flying blind. You don’t know who’s actually involved, what’s resonating, or where things are getting stuck. Aligned gives you a clearer picture of stakeholder engagement and deal progression, so you can step in at the right moments instead of reacting late. That directly benefits me by helping prioritize where to spend time and how to move a deal forward with intention.

It’s also solving the chaos of scattered communication. Without something like this, everything lives across emails, attachments, and internal threads that you’re not part of. That leads to confusion, missed context, and stalled momentum. By centralizing resources, pricing, and next steps in one place, it creates a cleaner buying experience and keeps everyone aligned internally. For me, that means fewer back-and-forth cycles, less chasing, and a higher likelihood that deals actually progress instead of quietly stalling out.

 ### 36. Centralizes Client Engagement Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic B. | Director of Strategic Accounts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I use Aligned to keep everything centralized, which helps me ensure that clients or prospects are actually reviewing the material I send. I find it useful to see how long they spend looking at it to determine if there is actual buying intent and whether they are serious about becoming a client. I also appreciate being able to provide as much content as possible for them to make a decision. Setting up Aligned was extremely easy, which I found very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I won't say there's anything that doesn't work as well for me right now. I'm currently using my own personal account. I think if my entire team were to get an account, there would be more opportunity for me to use it. Right now, I think I get five rooms to use at a time.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned to keep everything centralized and to see when clients are reviewing the material I sent, helping identify potential buying intent.

 ### 37. Transformed Prospect Engagement + Mutual Action Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin J. | Mid Market Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like the ease of use and how clean the experience is for our prospects. The analytics are incredibly helpful, providing detailed insights into how prospects interact with the content we send over. It's significantly better than any other deal room I've used. I enjoy it so much that I feel like shouting it from the rooftops.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I think the only thing that could be improved is mainly on our end. It's just making sure all of our content is uploaded into Aligned. Including things like, you know, our developer docs, etcetera. A lot of times, I'm pasting those in via URL and then sometimes those URL drop-in pages give back errors, but, I think it's more on our end that Aligned.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned for deal rooms, mutual action plans, and tracking content engagement to keep deals up to date and ensure prospects are intrigued. It helps address prospect engagement issues and provides an amazing experience from the start.

 ### 38. Simple Setup and Flexible Content Libraries for Sales Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

The collaboration. Quotes aren't just one hit and then sale. We deliver complex solutions to customers which take more than one round of quotes, so the ability to create collaborative spaces where the deal can develop is a massive plus.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I dislike the narrow view port - everything is centred in the page and there should be an ability to make sections that are full width, or close to.

Hubspot integration should be available at Pro level not just Enterprise in my opinion.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i like how simple it is to setup. I work in the marketing team, and it allows us to easily provide libraries of content to sales teams but give them the freedom to structure their pages as they see fit.

We can easily control the sales assets without it being too restrictive for them. There also aren't really design aspects for them to mess up, so the layout and structure in a real positive.

 ### 39. Streamlined Sales Process with Room for Creative Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BJ F. | Mid-Market Sales, Team Lead - North America, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I love the ability to access a multitude of different rooms in Aligned's library and then easily pick and choose different assets from either another room or the library to build a specific room for a client. It's very customizable, which is important in building bespoke deals for clients. Aligned has enabled us to knowledge share everything from creative assets to deals to the current pipeline in a remote team setting. Furthermore, switching to Aligned has allowed us to track metrics like open rate and views, providing a living interactive environment that can be adjusted as updates come in and the deal moves up the funnel. It's also easy for our clients to share with their internal teams and get the right stakeholders' hands. The initial setup of Aligned was very easy for me to learn quickly.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I wish there was more creative capabilities within the platform, like building a slide inside Aligned instead of uploading a PowerPoint slide to share pricing. It would be better if it was an end-to-end experience where I could build rooms without having to pull in external links or slides.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned helps my remote sales team share knowledge on creative assets and current pipeline. It tracks metrics like open rates and views, and creates a living, interactive environment. It's easy for clients to share with their teams.

 ### 40. Perfect for Partner Collaboration and Resource Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan E. | Cofounder and CEO , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned really easy to use, which is a big plus. Both our clients and partners love it, and we've been super happy with it overall. It's been super useful and super helpful for us, especially with our broker partners. The shared space for each broker partner to access materials and resources, and even book time with us, has received great feedback. It's also been very effective for client implementations. Aligned provides one resource repository, making version control much easier and allowing us to avoid sending emails with attachments. It helps us share content with large organizations smoothly. I also appreciate that from an IP protection standpoint, we can control access when needed. Overall, it helps our team look professional, and we're really happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

We like it!

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned eliminates the need to send emails with attachments for content sharing. It gives us a centralized repository for easy resource management, version control, and potential IP protection, making it simpler and more professional.

 ### 41. Streamlined Document Management with Insightful Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Basil A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like how Aligned keeps all materials in one consolidated location for enterprise deals while tracking engagement. Everything stays in one collaborative location, which is much more effective than having documents and resources in multiple email threads and inboxes. I also appreciate that I can tell when prospects are looking at the room, what resources they viewed, and for how long, adding a layer of personalized intent data. This helps me know when to follow up and what to focus on. Additionally, the initial setup was easy as a user.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I have had a few difficulties with automating the sync to our CRM. It suggests the right deal to associate it with, but I still have to retype it in before creating the room.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned keeps all material in one spot for enterprise deals, solving the problem of documents scattered across emails. It lets me track prospect engagement, helping to know when to follow up and about what, adding a layer of personalized intent data.

 ### 42. Using Aligned Rooms on Every Deal of Mine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

As an Account Executive, Aligned Room has become an essential part of how I run my sales cycles. The ability to duplicate rooms for future deals is a massive time-saver — I can clone a proven room structure and customize it for a new prospect in minutes rather than building everything from scratch.

The UI/UX is clean, professional, and intuitive. Since I'm sharing these rooms directly with prospects and their buying committees, the polished look builds credibility immediately. Prospects consistently comment on how organized and easy to navigate the workspace feels, which helps establish trust early in the deal cycle.

From a performance standpoint, the rooms load fast and reliably — I've never had an issue where a prospect couldn't access a shared resource, which matters a lot when you're mid-deal and every touchpoint counts.

The Salesforce integration is a huge plus — it keeps my deal data synced without requiring me to double-enter information, saving me time and reducing the risk of things falling through the cracks.

The AI features are a standout. The mutual action plan functionality and AI-assisted content suggestions help me structure deals more effectively and keep momentum going across complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.

From a Pricing/ROI standpoint, it's easy to justify. Even converting one additional deal per quarter because of better buyer engagement and follow-through makes the investment worthwhile many times over.

Support and onboarding were excellent — the team was responsive and got me up and running quickly. Overall, Aligned Room is now a core tool in my sales stack.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I think the UI in terms of speed to functionality can be a tad quicker, but that's my only negative experience with Aligned.

There are a handful of times that links have been broken when I include new files in my Aligned Room, but they always seem to work after a little bit of time.

Overall great product, with minor tweaks that would be helpful. Can't ask for much more!

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the multithreading issue of sending entire orgs documents that relate to their company, my company, and the deal. This keeps docs and resources all in one place, allowing for ease of access, and highly likelihood that my prospect will take a look at the documents.

It's also saving my "time to create" issue. Every prospect benefits from a core set of resources, so it's difficult to recreate slides for each company, when you can have a templated Aligned Room to start with, then add more personalization as you go. Saves me a ton of time!

 ### 43. Effortless Setup, But Limited Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta M. | Manager of Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I think the build of the room was really easy. The UX is simple to use; it really didn't require any help or assistance. I have used a similar tool to Aligned, and so that helped. But I think if you know how to use a WYSIWYG editor, you are able to set up Aligned really easily. And that's probably one of the biggest benefits is ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I guess when you have a WYSIWYG editor, it's a two-sided coin. On the one side, yeah, it makes it really easy for you to get things set up. But on the flip side of that, you are very much handcuffed to how the different modules work. So, an example of something that I ran across is I wanted to embed a couple of support articles from our support page, but that was built on Zendesk, which doesn't allow iframing, and that was the only way to embed within Aligned. So instead, I had to build the links as buttons. So that wasn't the best experience. And I couldn't, like, edit it beyond how the link button looked. And that's all just because a WYSIWYG editor does make it easy to use, but it does limit the customization and how you can use things.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned allows us to create personalized spaces at scale, great for nurture drips beyond typical lifecycle marketing emails.

 ### 44. Intuitive Platform Streamlined Our Sales Engagements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amish P. | Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I find Aligned very easy to use and intuitive, not just for me, but also for buyers. I've even received direct feedback from prospects and buyers about how easy it is to use. I love the insights and analytics it provides into who accesses the materials and enters the deal room, giving me valuable intent insights from a sales perspective. I also love how having deal rooms helps me streamline my engagement with prospects and organizes everything in one place, keeping it tidy and organized.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I guess, a feature that probably would be valuable is having some kind of intelligence built into Aligned in terms of the context of a sales opportunity. Potentially providing suggestions or prompts to maybe add new or fresh material. Should a sales cycle take a long time, and perhaps there have been less interactions from the buyer side with the deal room over the course of the period. Something of that nature, I guess, to allow me to maximize usage of the deal room and keep it as fresh and updated for the buyer as possible.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aligned for deal rooms, streamlining engagement with prospects by centralizing resources, creating an organized space for buyers to review materials, eliminating the need to sift through emails.

 ### 45. All-in-One Solution Simplifies Our Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like that Aligned allows me to do everything in one place, not only tracking tasks but also having all the files together. It saves a ton of time and makes my organization appear a lot more professional to the organizations we're trying to work with. I also find it relatively intuitive since the setup took only a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I think there are a few things on there that just are applicable for me. Some of the different boxes and functions that you can add files to or add documents, I don't necessarily need. I think it would be really cool to be able to view files directly in the app, like open up an Excel sheet or Google Doc within the app and just view it there, rather than having to download it. It would also be helpful to get heat maps on how long somebody is actually spending on a certain page of a document or if there's a certain thing within a document that they keep going back to.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned eliminates email threads, centralizes documents, and reduces time spent searching for files, making our organization more professional. It replaces spreadsheets and Google Docs, allowing everything to be in one place, simplifying task tracking and improving efficiency.

 ### 46. Streamlined Collaboration and Insightful Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dino S. | Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I use Aligned to collaborate with prospects and clients, and I love that it serves as a one-stop shop for them to access all the content, see next steps, and easily share access with other members. It's easy to use and takes just 30 seconds to create a new room. The analytics feature is incredibly valuable to me as it gives me an idea of what my prospects are mainly researching. I find it helpful that Aligned can also serve as a hub for internal teams to get a better understanding of where we are in the sales process. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

more integrations with external platforms, it would be good if we can embed our product into Aligned interface so it can work as a testing environment as well

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned is my go-to for collaborating with prospects and clients, making content sharing easy and transparent with mutual action plans. I love its ease of use, quick setup, and analytics that help me understand what prospects focus on, streamlining my sales process.

 ### 47. DIY-Friendly, Perfect for Sales Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikrant Y. | Account Director-APAC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like the ease of use and the fact that the paid plan allows you to have an unlimited number of rooms. I like that it does not require any coding and is very DIY and user-friendly. I also appreciate that Aligned is built with the sales team in mind, not just the end users or clients who will be reading it. What I like most is that Aligned invests a huge amount of money and time in training folks via its library or workshops on a regular basis.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I couldn't really explore a lot of tools during the trial version to fully understand the efficacy of those features. Also, I couldn't fully understand how AI works within Aligned to help create certain things.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned wraps up information beautifully, making it easy for anyone to access all the details in one place. It prevents information from getting lost in a trail of emails.

 ### 48. Streamlined Interface, Versatile Sales Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Marketing Manager, Adecco Staffing US, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like the interface and how streamlined the web experience is with Aligned. Its intuitive nature makes it easy to use. I also appreciate how multiple parties on our side can collaborate in a shared workspace to refine a presentation for a client. Aligned presents functions and features in a way we haven't been able to achieve in-house, making it an attractive turnkey tool that we're looking forward to using more robustly across our Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

Sometimes the tyranny of choice is a challenge. There are so many potential ways we can customize a workspace in Aligned. It really does require some expertise or a power user on their side. To illustrate the functionality and to equip our Salesforce with best practices and, just some tips as to how to best utilize the space to make it a very clear and clean presentation for prospective clients. Not at this time, unfortunately, Aligned doesn't integrate with our CRM.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned helps us present materials interactively, improving how we explain our services. It informs sales leadership when a client engages, sparking further conversation. It turns complex resources into engaging content, going beyond calls or emails.

 ### 49. Simplifies Client Collaboration Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mike g. | Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I really like the simplicity for the end user to get everything they need without having to spend precious time chasing different links. Aligned makes the purchase process as easy as possible, which is great because we want our clients to have a smooth experience. As a user, I find it handy to maintain a sort of library of documents or links that we send out often, and Aligned makes it really easy to drop down and click into the materials that are most frequently shared. It's really user-friendly for us as a team and significantly easier for our clients too.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

I guess I've had one experience or two where I had a hard time verifying what the individual deal room for one client looked like compared to another client because they were different. The sandbox or preview functionality caused some confusion here and there when I was trying to make sure it looked the way I wanted for two pretty different clients. So that would, I'd say, be kind of the main thing there.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Aligned simplifies the purchase process by consolidating all relevant materials in a deal room, making it easier for clients to review and access what they need with a single link. It also allows me to track document engagement, which is really useful.

 ### 50. Centralized Deal Communication with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Aligned?**

I like how Aligned centralizes all content, context, and collaboration, solving the problem of fragmented deal communication. It gives me a single, structured workspace to equip my champion and keep every stakeholder on the same page without things getting lost. I find it helpful to package everything in a way my champion can actually use internally, instead of piecing things together across emails and attachments. The setup was quick and easy, and it didn't take long to get a clean, effective workspace up and running.

**What do you dislike about Aligned?**

At times, organizing and updating content within the workspace could be a bit more streamlined, especially as deals evolve. A simple way to update content once and push those updates across multiple sections or rooms would save time and reduce duplication.

**What problems is Aligned solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aligned solves fragmented deal communication by centralizing content, context, and collaboration. I get a structured workspace to equip my champion and keep stakeholders aligned, avoiding lost information. It helps package everything for internal use without piecing together emails and attachments.
