# Is there any way to make it easier to add an inbound call to the contacts list? While in a call, or at the end of a call, when trying to add a phone call to the contacts ist, it takes you into another screen, and by doing this you don't get to submit the disposition or you submit the disposition and then you have to go into activities later and find the call to add to contacts. Trying to add the person to contacts during the call interrupts performance. Is there another easier or faster way of adding someone to the contacts list? ##### Post Metadata

# Why can't I leave notes on the Talk dask? Why can't I leave notes on the Talk board, I think it would make it easier for all of us in our work how, so we can keep track of the jobs we do, this app is great, and I think it could work on its own, without any other apps , we have a lot of calls a day so I think notes could help in some situations, I think it would be a very good suggestion to make this app even better and to make our job easier, for now I am very happy with this app. It updates very quickly in real time and gives instant feedback on what codes the advisors are currently set to. I like the simplicity of the tool as everything can be set up in a short amount of time with little or no effort. The reports are also pretty good, easy to use and complete. You can also customize roles and profiles based on needs. The user interface is amazing and the integrations work great. Using the Talkdesk was extra helpful when I had no one else to teach me how to use certain features of the platform. I wish more platforms could be as user-oriented as this.The best thing is simplicity. It is so simple to use and for changing the settings. The best part for me as the real-time controller is the live option of following the agents. ##### Post Metadata

# Can i somehow change my status before log in? It bothers me that I can't log in to the status I want to be when I log in to your application. In most cases I do chat on Kustomer and I need to call the client, I need to log in by default, I am online, and then at that moment I get a call that automatically appears and then I need to make that call and solve the problem and I have more on the customer one case that stands there, and then I waste time and my results suffer because of it. I wish you would be able to implement this in your UI. I think that would be a good improvement for your application and that many users really want to have this option. I would really like you to take this feature into consideration and hopefully, it will help many users of your app. ##### Post Metadata
