SysCloud has been a headache reliever and great digital safety net. Working in a multilingual business IT doesn't always get clear communication of what to transfer or save when processing a termination or migration. With SysCloud we can safely keep all information and documents without running a security risk or stagnant accounts.

Peace of mind that our staff and student files (Google Drive) are being backed up daily. More than once we had incidents where files were deleted from Google Drive (on accident and on purpose). SysCloud saved the day because I was able to restore the files in seconds, rather than tell the end user "sorry you must have deleted that!" In addition, knowing that we are protected if a ransomware or malware incident occurs is verty reassuring. Beyond the backup capabilities...we love the file insights that we can use to "red flag" any concerns that otherwise we wouldn't know about, such as a user suddenly uploading Gigabytes of movie files, or bulk deleting files and folders impulsively. Our dislikes are not many as we have had nothing but good experiences while using SysCloud during the past 4 years. Once I had to reach out to their customer support when I goty frustrated and couldn't figure out the best way to retrieve a file. It turns out it was named something different and their customer support was quick to help! The downside there was my frustration trying to figure out the best way to search, but their tech support crew is there to help as long as you are not stubborn like me, just ask them! Syscloud has a set it and forget it ease of use. Set up the backups that you want to keep for certain OUs and Syscloud does the rest. It is simple and even the end users can go in there and restore their own backups. Implementation is as easy as signing in with your Google workspace account and letting it populate. Some features are missing, such as the ability to delete your own backups and users. You might delete a user from Google Admin, but that doesn't automatically remove them from Syscloud and they still take up one of your licenses. The only way to delete the user and their backups is by contact Syscloud support and having them do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a not for profit I am pleased SysCloud offers a sizeable discount to not for profit organizations. On the app side, backing up Google Workspace is simple to do and the options are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The process to go through to not be charged sales tax was not as streamlined as I would have liked. I didn't take that into accont and let my trial get to close to expiration before realizing I needed help. We are using Syscloud to backup our Google console. I can access the content directly on the Syscloud platform instead of downloading the email or drive. We can preview the subject of the documents. Easy search feature is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be great if an incremental backup is applied for twice or thrice a day instead once a day as we lose an email if the user permanently deletes it once they receive it. We do have Google vault in place , still this feature if added would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SysCloud is a cloud-based backup solution that is extremely easyto set up and use. We're currently using it to help backup our M365 environment and the ability to export/restore anything from a single file to an entire account is amazing.
