What do you like best about SysCloud?

It is very easy to find any archived backed up content for my Google Workspace. It gives me confidence that I can delete old users when I am no longer wanting to keep them archived as a user. What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to delete the users from workspace, either I have to keep them as active users which is a seat fee, or even an archived user which is also at a fee. Long term it is wasteful spending, when SysCloud already is keeping a back up of the contents. If i really need access to them I can restore it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SysCloud?

SysCloud gives us real peace of mind by automatically backing up all our data in Google Workspace. The interface is simple and setup was fast, so I won't have to worry about losing files or meeting compliance requirements. Knowing that even deleted documents can be restored quickly is a huge relief.

What do you like best about SysCloud?

Recently moved over to SysCloud from Backupify (Datto) - the interface is so easy to use - I was up and running in just a few minutes - very easy to find and restore files, look at backup history, etc - and I've got my whole domain backing up for about the same price I paid for just 25 users with Backupify! It is a superior service to Backupify in every way. Customer support is fantastic, and it was so easy to integrate with our G Suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SysCloud?

Syscloud is easy to use. A few months ago I had to retrieve a video from a google drive. The owner of the drive was no longer with the district. The file I needed was from 2021. I used syscloud and found the video file I needed and we were able to use it in an upcoming court case. Without Syscloud I would not have been able to get the file. Thanks Syscloud! What do you dislike about SysCloud?

The retrieval of items a few years old can take 24 hours or so...but honestly that is better than not being able to retireve the file at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SysCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Syscloud solves the issue of retrieval of information that has been removed from the Google Drive accounts of users. If a user deletes a file it is in google drive for 30 days, but it will remain in a syslcould backup. What do you like best about SysCloud?

SysCloud has been a headache reliever and great digital safety net. Working in a multilingual business IT doesn't always get clear communication of what to transfer or save when processing a termination or migration. With SysCloud we can safely keep all information and documents without running a security risk or stagnant accounts.

Set up was a breeze. Their support team guided the entire process and was able to sove any issues that arose during deployment. SysCloud's layout and archetecture keeps things familiar and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
