The developers are constantly looking for feedback in order to make ongoing updates and improvements. They are very easy to get a hold of, and their enthusiasm for helping small facilities like mine is really palpable. For now the model documents are really set up for just a few states in the Pacific Northwest, but this will increase over time as Synkwise spreads to more areas of the country. I am so thankful to have been introduced to Synkwise. I've been using it for my adult family home for approximately a year.
