What do you like best about SylogistMission CRM?

What do you dislike about SylogistMission CRM?

It's not an intuitive or easy system to use. Most of our team avoids using it as much as possible and we're creating many work arounds which is adding unnecessary complexity and frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
