What do you like best about SWIPEBY?

I use SWIPEBY for online ordering and appreciate how it speeds up the order process. It's great for saving money on hiring a marketing team, thanks to features like handling Facebook posts. The customer service is pretty good whenever I have an issue. I like the curbside pickup features that include notifications between us and customers, allowing communication about specific cars and customer notes. Setting up with SWIPEBY was pretty easy because their employees stay in touch step by step to help set up the account. It's one of the best online sources with most features that a restaurant needs. What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?

I find it easy to get lost when trying to put all their features in place. Simplifying the steps for new customers would be helpful. It would be great if they offered a short video for every feature and had customer service like a phone call or Zoom meeting regularly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SWIPEBY?

I like SWIPEBY because it saves me time and labor, helping me reach out to more customers effectively. The ability to retain customers is a standout feature for me. What do you like best about SWIPEBY?

Swipeby has been extremely hepful in responding to online reviews as well as increased our online ordering sales in less than a year. They are super easy to work with and extremely responsive to inquiries. Their online review system has helped our google interaction and we have really noticed how much our guests like to be heard and responded to. They are constantly adding new features and coninually working to improve their offerings. Super easy to install and get up and running. Highly reccomend Swipeby. Most i like about SWIPEBY is it's fully customizable platform that allows to track orders via our own channels for the customers. Also it's streamlined pickup experience is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Services provided by SWIPEBY is best in industry but one thing to dislike about it is free instant delivery sometime the delviery is not happened on time as per order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
