**What do you like best about SWIPEBY?**

Ease of use. Growth of takeout sales. Toast Integration, no middleman.

**What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?**

Nothing much. While we never needed urgent support, we have seen late on the weekends it can be a bit slower.

**What problems is SWIPEBY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem that I don’t have enough time to focus on all the tasks of my business. Swipeby has taken over social media, all my reviews, marketing, phone calls, and my website and online ordering. Because it is all AI, I don’t have to even set up anything or interact with it much. I just see the results. We used to use platforms like toast and owner where they were pretty great but it failed that I had to log in and set for example marketing campaigns or emails. With Swipeby, this has been taken care of.

**What do you like best about SWIPEBY?**

I use SWIPEBY for online ordering and appreciate how it speeds up the order process. It's great for saving money on hiring a marketing team, thanks to features like handling Facebook posts. The customer service is pretty good whenever I have an issue. I like the curbside pickup features that include notifications between us and customers, allowing communication about specific cars and customer notes. Setting up with SWIPEBY was pretty easy because their employees stay in touch step by step to help set up the account. It's one of the best online sources with most features that a restaurant needs.

**What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?**

I find it easy to get lost when trying to put all their features in place. Simplifying the steps for new customers would be helpful. It would be great if they offered a short video for every feature and had customer service like a phone call or Zoom meeting regularly available.

**What problems is SWIPEBY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SWIPEBY for speeding up online orders and saving on hiring a marketing team for Facebook posts. It enhances curbside pickup with two-way notifications and has great customer service.

Customer Service.  Always willing to stop in and help us.  Account Managers are amazing

features take a few months to really see value.  Still well worth the wait.

Reviews and doordash fees.

I like SWIPEBY because it saves me time and labor, helping me reach out to more customers effectively. The ability to retain customers is a standout feature for me. The phone service is great; it answers calls efficiently, saving on labor costs and offers excellent upsell opportunities with AI integration.

There isn’t much I would change overall, but adding menu items and modifiers in the merchant portal can feel cumbersome at times.

Hopefully, the AI posts will eventually stop looking like blantent AI posts.

I love the user experience to order pickup or delivery from restaurant's websites. Not only that the websites look beautiful!

**What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?**

I don't really have any negatives. The product works well a lot of the time.

**What problems is SWIPEBY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spending more money on ordering pickup and delivery meals through third party delivery services is painful especially in the current financial. Being able to spend less money and still get the same food makes life so much easier for me. Also, I love the fact that the food comes to me quicker than just relying on doordash.

**What do you like best about SWIPEBY?**

Swipeby has been extremely hepful in responding to online reviews as well as increased our online ordering sales in less than a year. They are super easy to work with and extremely responsive to inquiries. Their online review system has helped our google interaction and we have really noticed how much our guests like to be heard and responded to. They are constantly adding new features and coninually working to improve their offerings. Super easy to install and get up and running. Highly reccomend Swipeby.

Nothing. From the top down they are well run and helpful.

They are great at answering our google reviews. Easy online ordering system and integrates with our POS system easily.

the ease to setup new locations and change our menu on the fly is extremly helpful for us.

they enabled us to offer a app platform for ordering quickly without much help from us. This gave us an online ordering presence and seamlessly integrated our current menu options.

**What do you like best about SWIPEBY?**

Most i like about SWIPEBY is it's fully customizable platform that allows to track orders via our own channels for the customers. Also it's streamlined pickup experience is great.

**What do you dislike about SWIPEBY?**

Services provided by SWIPEBY is best in industry but one thing to dislike about it is free instant delivery sometime the delviery is not happened on time as per order.

Main problem solved by SWIPEBY is its location technology through which you will get to know when customer arrive in arrival zone and also its location technology streamlined the pickup services.
