I use SWIPEBY for online ordering and appreciate how it speeds up the order process. It's great for saving money on hiring a marketing team, thanks to features like handling Facebook posts. The customer service is pretty good whenever I have an issue. I like the curbside pickup features that include notifications between us and customers, allowing communication about specific cars and customer notes. Setting up with SWIPEBY was pretty easy because their employees stay in touch step by step to help set up the account. It's one of the best online sources with most features that a restaurant needs. I find it easy to get lost when trying to put all their features in place. Simplifying the steps for new customers would be helpful.
