I also appreciate that I can use this app on my phone. It’s simple and valuable, not complicated like other billing software. Setting it up was very easy, as even a person with basic English can easily use it. **What do you dislike about Swipe?** Sometimes it has a glitch after saving and printing my invoice. When it comes to the create invoice page, it doesn’t update sometimes. Normally, creating e-way and e-invoices from a portal takes a lot of time, but with Swipe, it's done in a minute. I also appreciate that GSTR 1 can be filed directly from the data in Swipe, removing the need for manual work. Additionally, the simple user interface and the helpful support team made the initial setup a lot easier. I also use the Shopify integration, which is a nice touch. **What do you dislike about Swipe?** There could be more invoice templates and bring some new features to make invoicing more easy. **What problems is Swipe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swipe solves my manual billing, inventory management, and e-Way bill creation problems.
