SwiftLynx AI is an AI-powered resume screening tool that automatically scores, ranks, and shortlists candidates against job requirements. It integrates natively with Lever, Greenhouse, and Ashby via their official marketplaces, and also offers a standalone web upload experience for teams without an ATS. **What do you like best about SwiftLynx AI?**

I appreciate that SwiftLynx has a simple and easy to view summary of all candidate information at a single glance, with the ability to expand and collapse detailed info easily, allowing for feedback on the usefulness of features, at key points. .

**What do you dislike about SwiftLynx AI?**

I believe that in some places the GUI can be improved a bit, to make the titles and other important navigation words easier to read, but perhaps this is a feature that will come along later, something like dark view / light view mode.

**What problems is SwiftLynx AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SwiftLynx is solving the problem of complex skills alignment for certain job offerings that have fairly complex candidate prerequisite requirements.  When dealing with a large number of resumes in some cases, or when rapid turnaround is needed, it is far easier to use an AI system that has already been tested and calibrated, and used by others, in order to ensure that the system is accurately assessing my candidates, and ensuring that the skills needed are the right skills, along with any DOD or similar, certifications, and especially technical requirements.  For some jobs, the requirements are nuanced, and it is important to ensure alignment prior to spending time to advance candidates to additional rounds of screening.  This is a time saver and serves as an additional layer of checks to make sure the candidate is a proper fit, for a fairly complex/sophisticated role/job description.

SwiftLynx AI quickly and accurately narrows huge resume pools.

**What do you dislike about SwiftLynx AI?**

I don’t have any real dislikes that are glaring.

**What problems is SwiftLynx AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SwiftLynx AI is solving the problem of manually reviewing huge volumes of resumes and turning it into a fast, accurate, and repeatable process. Before using it, I had to read through every application myself, which was time‑consuming and made it easy to miss strong candidates in a large pool.

Now I can upload all resumes at once and get a clear, ranked shortlist aligned to the role’s requirements within minutes. This has significantly reduced my time-to-shortlist and freed up my time to focus on interviewing and deeper evaluation instead of initial screening. It’s also improved consistency in how candidates are evaluated, since the same criteria are applied across every resume, which gives me more confidence that I’m not overlooking qualified people. Overall, it makes high‑volume hiring much more efficient without sacrificing quality.
