# What's the top-rated Benefits Consulting solution offering employee benefits communication and enrollment support without overhead?

I'm researching Benefits Consulting providers that help with employee benefits communication and enrollment without adding a lot of internal overhead to manage. I want to flag upfront that G2's Benefits Consulting category is thin, most listed firms have zero or one review despite being well known names in the real world, so this reflects a small reviewed pool rather than the full market.

G&A Partners Services: the most reviewed and highest rated option in this category, offering benefits administration and enrollment support as part of a broader HR outsourcing relationship.

OneSource Virtual: provides benefits administration support aimed at reducing the internal workload of running open enrollment.

Mercer: a globally known benefits consulting firm, though its G2 review base is small relative to its actual market presence.

Aon Consulting: similar story to Mercer, a major real world player with limited reviews here to draw firm conclusions from.

BAS Health: a smaller provider with a handful of reviews touching on communication and enrollment support specifically.

Given how sparse the review data is for firms this well known, who is actually handling your benefits communication and enrollment, and did you choose them based on something other than online reviews?

The pattern that seems most common is that a firm this established gets chosen on relationship and reputation rather than review research, someone at the company already had a working relationship with a Mercer or Aon rep, or a broker made the introduction, and G2 reviews simply weren't part of that decision process at all. That's probably a real reason the review counts stay thin even as these firms keep winning business, the sales cycle runs through personal networks and broker relationships rather than the self-serve research path that actually generates G2 reviews in other categories.
