What do you dislike about Sweed?

The system's comprehensive nature means staff require dedicated training to leverage all features effectively, and a lack of sufficient training. In the early stages, real-time sync more often suffered from lag and unresponsiveness. What do you like best about Sweed?

Sweed excels at delivering an all-in-one software solution tailored for the retail cannabis industry. The platform offers valuable retail insights, handles marketing campaigns with impressive efficiency, and is highly user-friendly for sales staff. What do you dislike about Sweed?

What do you like best about Sweed?

The responsiveness of having a local rep has made all the difference. When deciding between sweed and one of the bigger options, our rep, Ryan McKee truly made the difference and made my decision an easy one. What do you like best about Sweed?

I find Sweed to be very intuitive, even though it was just released. It makes it easier to quickly take in all the information about an order, which is very handy. I love that it's much more user-friendly and simple to get into. The auto rounding feature for debit card transactions is particularly useful, and it's great that I can quickly bring up a patient after their transaction for another. This facilitates smoother transactions with fewer hiccups, allowing for a smooth transition from patient to patient. What do you like best about Sweed?

I find Sweed to be fairly intuitive, making access quick and easy for most things I need regularly. The platform offers solutions to day-to-day issues quickly, which is really helpful. I'm also excited about utilizing the customer notifications tool further. The initial setup was smooth, thanks to having a couple of experts on hand to assist us. What do you dislike about Sweed?

Our site has 2 separate storefronts with separate licensing, but employees are expected to work both stores. Unfortunately, we are unable to switch ourselves from store to store, as that functionality is attached to other permissions reserved for managers. Having the option to switch myself would be immensely helpful and would save customers a great deal of time waiting for managers to be available to make that change. We also cannot currently search for products using SKU numbers, we have to use product names. I'm not certain if this is our fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweed?

I appreciate Sweed as it is the 'brain' of the dispensary, allowing users to ring up customers quickly and handle complex transactions without crashing during a rush. I like its 'all-in-one' architecture because it truly integrates POS, marketing, eCommerce, and inventory, eliminating the lag or data mismatches. I enjoy Sweed's hyper-localized loyalty loops that harness data to create behavior-based rewards, ensuring our shop feels personalized to different customer needs. What do you dislike about Sweed?

Integration "Ghosting". While Sweed aims to be an all-in-one solution, the cannabis tech stack is notoriously fragmented. The issue is that syncing with third-party delivery services or niche loyalty apps can sometimes suffer from lag. When the inventory in the vault doesn't match what the customer sees on a menu in real-time, it creates a headache for budtenders. More robust, "self-healing" APIs that proactively alert staff when a sync fails would be a game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweed?

I like how easy it is to open the register with Sweed. Customer information is easy to access, and the payment options are clear and not confusing. The design and website layout are really fun and create a great work environment. The initial setup was very easy, and the people who came to help us were amazing and answered all our questions. It’s very simple and easy to navigate the different areas that we access on a daily basis. What do you like best about Sweed?

What do you dislike about Sweed?

So far, I haven't found much to dislike. After using the software for around 10 months, my only real concern is that the user interface sometimes changes with updates.
