"Sweap is a helpful Event Management tool moving in the right direction"
What do you like best about Sweap?

Sweap made a big improvement in our event process. Sending out emails and automatically tracking responses from a single tool saves us a lot of time - surprisingly it was difficult to find a tool that does this in an efficient way without very high costs. And Sweap does it. Creating an event and using the templates is very easy. Also the guest import works smooth. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Sweap?

Sweap is not our 'dream-tool', mainly due to some limitations in segmentation and flexibility. Key points are: limited segmentation for email sending, limited email tracking, limitations in the email and webpage editor, limited embedding. Finally the limited flexibility with using different sender email addresses (only possible with a hefty yearly fee) is a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweap?

Sweap makes it possible to manage events and participants at the same time. Implementation is very simple. It has a very clear dashboard. You can also plan emails as a campaign, saving you a lot of stress. The templates are also very helpful if you have never created invitation emails etc. in this way before.

The customer service team is incredible! They do an incredibly good job and are very supportive. The response time is very short. Customer service = 100%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sweap?

Unfortunately, you cannot use your own fonts in the e-mail templates. This means that your own corporate design does not really come through. As an established brand, this is unfortunately a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sweap?

Sweap has given us the opportunity to move our event invitations from spreadsheets and letters to a fully digital environment. Creation and management of invitations, guest lists, ticketing and the on-site processing at events is working flawless. What do you like best about Sweap?

The platform is very user-friendly and allows you to manage your guest list in many ways. Adding new guests manually or with an Excel sheet is straightforward. Sending emails is also uncomplicated, especially when you can filter at your will to whom you'd like to send them (new guests, the ones that didn't respond, etc). It's also easy, when your event has quick, short-term program changes, to pull out your phone, write a quick update email and send it to everyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sweap?

It might have been a bad manipulation from me, but while creating the registration form to send to our guests, it sometimes was a bit tricky to choose at my will what form items (drop-down, button, etc) I wanted to use.
