I find that Sweap makes the entire invitation process very structured and clear, and it is also compliant with data protection regulations. It's great that we know exactly that everything runs automatically, and no confirmations or approvals need to be entered or sent manually. I also think printing the name tags at check-in is great. The system is very intuitive to use, and even newcomers quickly find their way. Customer service is quick and easily accessible, available for simple or more complex questions, and provides reliable assistance. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy because we received an introduction from the Sweap team and were able to handle everything independently right after.

Sending out emails and automatically tracking responses from a single tool saves us a lot of time - surprisingly it was difficult to find a tool that does this in an efficient way without very high costs.
