Key day-to-day frustrations: No cross-touchpoint/region custom filters: We can’t build custom filters to analyze feedback like “U.S. and APAC post-field service surveys that mention ‘on-time arrival’” or “EU corporate vs. small business customer NPS scores”—we have to export raw data to Excel and filter manually. Limited survey response segmentation: We can segment results by region/touchpoint, but not by customer tier (Nimble), field rep (Steeple), or employee role/tenure (factoHR)—since survey data isn’t synced to these tools, we can’t tie feedback to these critical attributes without manual data matching. No scheduled custom report delivery: We can’t set up automated delivery of custom global/regional reports (e.g., a weekly APAC post-field service feedback report for our Singapore ops team)—we have to manually generate and share reports via email/Slack.
