It lets you include demographics, age, family life, careers, etc about the survey takers background, which is critical in my line of work. You can also fine tune questions so that they lead into the next. The survey can be short or long based on need dependency. All of these have really helped to figure out our core customer group. **What do you dislike about SurveyKiwi?** I do not like that the results can be difficult to parcel out, depending on which department or sector of the business that i need to read them. For example. if I asked shipping only questions, it is hard to get shipping on results to that department.
