I really appreciate the HR-focused design of Survey System because it eliminates 'non-HR' friction and boosts response rates, which is critical for actionable data. The platform has built-in anonymity and privacy controls that are essential for regions with hierarchical cultural norms, like in APAC. This feature alone improved our global survey response rates significantly, giving us a broader and more representative data set. The HR-tailored survey templates are a huge time-saver, with research-backed questions that align with global EX best practices. We just tweak these templates for regional needs, which saves us 80% of the survey creation time. I also love the employee-centric delivery options that respect regional time zones and optimize for multi-device access. This strategic approach increases our on-time response rates by 30% by ensuring reminders are sent at convenient times. Moreover, the initial setup of Survey System is intuitive and fast, even for a tool meant for global HR operations. A basic global setup takes just 1–2 business days, and a full optimized setup is complete in 3–4 business days without the need for custom code or expensive consultants. What do you dislike about Survey System?

I find the locked template fields for global core metrics in Survey System pretty limiting. They don't let us tweak the wording for cultural tone, which makes it hard to tailor questions for different regions without affecting the global engagement score. The conditional logic for regional workflows is also clunky and too restricted, which means our team has to spend a lot of time on separate surveys. Plus, the platform's multi-language survey branching is pretty basic.
