I find the locked template fields for global core metrics in Survey System pretty limiting. They don't let us tweak the wording for cultural tone, which makes it hard to tailor questions for different regions without affecting the global engagement score. The conditional logic for regional workflows is also clunky and too restricted, which means our team has to spend a lot of time on separate surveys. Plus, the platform's multi-language survey branching is pretty basic.
