I appreciate that we don't have to do any of the work ourselves because our account rep, Kelsey Wyton, and her team handle all of it. Kelsey is a great representative—she's pleasant, responsive, and excellent about following up. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she gets it from her team and reports back quickly. Their knowledge of Amazon's processes and technology helps interface with Amazon, significantly reducing the time and effort my team would need to put in. The initial setup was very easy because Kelsey walked us through everything.

It would be nice if the scope of work they handle could be increased to include Amazon audit files and product returns.

They are so knowledgeable. I learn new things as they work on the recoveries. We have monthly calls and they adapt to what we request them to focus on.

There was only one thing I didn't like. I spent quite a few months thinking that the API was connected to the 3PL when in fact it had not been. Once we got that sorted out though it was much easier.

We don't have the internal knowledge nor the man power to address the disputes. SPS is able to step in and work on it and they do it on contingency with minimal input from us. Once they are enabeled to find the data it runs on its own.

What I like most about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery is how easy it is to use. The interface feels intuitive to learn, and it helps the whole process run much more smoothly than it would if I had to handle it on my own.

The least helpful feature of SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery, in my experience, is the prep chargeback feature. It isn’t very intuitive or easy to use, and the information I need doesn’t always populate as expected.

SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery is helping us address the issue of Amazon and Wal-Mart deductions. These two large companies can do whatever they want because of their size, and Supply Pike makes it easier to push back without getting stuck in the weeds. I find the portal of SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery very easy to use, and it's incredibly user-friendly. The reporting features are really helpful, providing an identifiable section for each customer to review urgent deductions, follow up on those that need it, and manage new deductions. It allows me to quickly get a high-level view of where gaps may exist in our dispute process and prioritize items that need to be resolved. The initial setup was very easy too.

I've noticed that there is a slight delay on some occasions for new deductions to be generated in the system, although they are all loaded within a day or two. Also, there is no direct connection with the other tools we use, like Netsuite and Vividly.

I like that SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery is an automated system and that we only pay based on the amount we get recovered. If they don't recover anything, we don't have to pay, which means there's no downside to using the service—it's all upside. This service has added 100% profit to our bottom line because we don't pay unless they recover money for us. Without it, we wouldn't be recovering this money, and it directly impacts our company profitability. The initial setup was very easy; we just gave them access to our account, and they were off and running.

I like how with SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery, I don't have to worry about anything because it's basically a set it and forget it service. They handle everything for us, which is pretty nice. I also appreciate that we get more money back from Amazon for our lost inventory, recovering the money that Amazon failed to reimburse us. It's good that they do everything automatically and save us time. The setup was very easy, nothing difficult at all.

I like that 95% of the work it does requires none of my tracking, help or input. I know its working without me doing anything... and since my days are packed with other work its nice knowing they are working on my behalf without taking up my additional time.

There is a small piece that requires uploading documents and I wish there was a better way to automate that... though I realize that's partly on my team not having a specific UPS/FedEx account to connect to

I love that it is so easy to use, once you do the initial set up (which is very simple to integrate to your Amazon FBA account), the process is seamlessly and automatic. It is constantly checking for potential recoveries and you don't need to worry about ANYTHING. Their customer support is also great!!

Nothing really. I'm pretty satisfied with their service as it is. The commission they take for each recovery is well deserved.

The platform pulls everything together in one place, which makes it much easier to stay on top of fees, adjustments, and device sales performance.

Some reports feel a bit rigid when you want to dig deeper into niche product categories like ours. Because we don’t operate a typical retail catalogue, we sometimes need more filtering options.

At True-Kare, we use it mainly to manage deductions and access marketplace-related analytics linked to our telecare products. The dashboard is clear, and the way it centralizes data saves a huge amount of time for our operations and finance teams. It also helps us track how our products are performing in the online marketplaces where we sell some of our telecare accessories.

The automation makes it so easy to use without constantly needing to log in.  The customer service is also great.

**What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?**

It's a little time consuming to reconcile with our records and ensure we are correctly booking the transactions in our financials

**What problems is SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have the bandwidth to monitor all of the receipts at Amazon with our shipments to know which shipments were being reported as low.  We had an inventory reconciliation and were assuming most items were still in transit versus lost, so this is helping with our inventory valuation as well as recovering funds.

It’s easy to navigate, claim processing is straightforward, and Customer Success is always available to help with any questions. The BOLs are interfaced for automatic deductions making things move smoothly. I have setup automatic text for each code when the auto job works it pulls in my text.

My main complaint is that I can no longer open a claim in a new window. I used to be able to open multiple claims at the same time, but now I can’t, which makes it harder to work on more than one claim at once.

I enjoy the simplicity of disputing deductions the most. We have been using SupplyPike's software for around 2.5 years now, maybe even 3 and I've enjoyed it as long as I've used it. We had to sort through thousands of deductions when we first integrated with SupplyPike, and it was very easy to get used to their software and really punch through those deductions. Within what seems like no time, we had most of our deductions already disputed. This process easily would have taken three times as long if we were not integrated with SupplyPike. It saves time and it's very convenient.

**What do you dislike about SPS Commerce Revenue Recovery?**

I don't know if I'd count this as an issue with SupplyPike, but I know that the original burst of disputes you get once you sign on with SupplyPike (in our experience) sets a precedent for following years. However, in our case we had thousands of deductions needing to be sorted through and now we receive just a few weekly. It's hard to compare those numbers and not have a discussion about whether we truly need the service. We did decide to stay with SupplyPike though, and I'm glad.

The customer service is great. Any question I have had has been delt with promptly and in a very professional manner. Also, the assistance they provide by navigating the customer deductions like Walmart has been a huge help. The system is not incredibly complicated either.

I have noticed more deductions from Walmart. I'm not entirely sure they are correlated though.

Previously, I did not have any insight on how to effectly dispute Walmart deductions. With Supply Pike, deductions do not have to be closely tracked or monitored. They handle all the heavy lifting with disputing Walmart deductions and tracking areas of improvement for my business.
