I am also able to view rates, packed orders and ship right from the platform thus not having to switch between different accounts. **What do you dislike about Supply Chain Cloud?** Visibility of the inbound inventory is also poor. I still have a problem with monitoring the flow of incoming goods. This non-disclosure is not helpful in the management of stock especially on aspects of stocking up and handling stock outs. **What problems is Supply Chain Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Supply Chain Cloud is one of the best tools that has transformed my outbound shipping process. The combined features help me and guarantee that the order is completed in the best way possible.
