&lt;p&gt;From the accounts I&#39;ve seen, there&#39;s almost always some lag, even when the context technically arrives before the call connects, the receiving agent still needs a few seconds to actually read and process it while the customer is already talking. That gap tends to be smaller with automatic call summaries like CloudTalk&#39;s, since scanning a short summary is faster than reading a raw transcript or case history, but &quot;instantly available&quot; and &quot;instantly absorbed by a human&quot; are still two different things.&lt;/p&gt;
