Integration with hubspot is very good.
Feature rich for call center or customer success department.
Application for on the go access.
Very easy to implement.

Mobile application takes space for recording.
UI looks dated.

Problem solving: System to integrate call functionality from CRM directly.
Benefits: call logs per user by per executives.

Features such as call barging, conference calls are a big plus

Sometimes while an agent receives the call, they get another call via Super Receptionist

**What problems is Super Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple Agent call center is the most fundamental problem the tool is solving; apart from that, the features of call conference is a huge plus. The element of conference calls sometimes helped us a lot to convert the customers

**What do you like best about Super Receptionist?**

The setup was extremely smooth. The operational team set up the IVR themselves, we just needed to give them the script. Recording of IVR script, configuring the flow, etc. was all setup in a couple of days time.

**What do you dislike about Super Receptionist?**

There are a few downtimes that are a bit erratic but it is within the tolerance limits. Usually, the team responds quickly and gets any issue fixed immediately.

**What problems is Super Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The entire local call center setup was moved to the cloud with the help of the Super Receptionist software. This cloud-based solution made it easier to set up or reconfigure call flow, agent changes, etc.

The bulk SMS feature along with call reports. Connectivity is stellar as well

**What do you dislike about Super Receptionist?**

The UI can be more modern as it looks a little old. Not too much old but yes definitely needs a refreshed look

Connecting with customers over call and sending SMS for marketing campaigns. We're able to provide great customer service using Super receptionist.

Details of the data, platform and calls lading to our mobile number makes it easy to work.

No such noticeable negative factors in the app.

Instant and seamless connectivity, call recording and tracking the number of dials

In low speed internet connectivity it doesn't work properly

Few things about the application are not appreciatable like internal UI features and logs page.

No setup or set of wires are required for setup of a call centre. Just a solution working over website will solve the problem

Sometimes the voice quality over the solution is not up to the mark and voice latency is also observed

They are available in most of the countries around the globe and no local address proof is required when you buy the service of a specific country.
