It has a user friendly UI. It has all the necessary solution that we require for our IVR. It has best ways to track our calls and our customer. It also provides the advantage of using CRM integrations.
What do you dislike?
It does not send any information for low coins to customer and it sometime gets lack and stopped working. sometime we face the issue to data updation.
