"Super Receptionist : A life saver"

What do you like best?

1. Cost effective.

2. Only Internet access required to use the solution.

3. No maintenance cost required.

4. Since the solution deployed in Cloud, we can access from anywhere around the world.

What do you dislike?

1. There are some time voice quality issues.

2. Sometimes application will crash also.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They provide number masking which is very useful tool for SME segment out in the market.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. Cost saving as we don't need any extra man power for maintaining hardware resources.

"Hassle Free Setup & Service"

What do you like best?

No setup or set of wires are required for setup of a call centre. Just a solution working over website will solve the problem

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the voice quality over the solution is not up to the mark and voice latency is also observed

Recommendations to others considering the product:

They are available in most of the countries around the globe and no local address proof is required when you buy the service of a specific country.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are a Dubai based company working in India and with this setup, we do not need a physical setup for our service there.

"It is a nice experience"

What do you like best?

It has a user friendly UI. It has all the necessary solution that we require for our IVR. It has best ways to track our calls and our customer. It also provides the advantage of using CRM integrations.

What do you dislike?

It does not send any information for low coins to customer and it sometime gets lack and stopped working. sometime we face the issue to data updation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has helped me keeping the track of my leads and the records.

"Value for money"

What do you like best?

- The downtime is very very very few.

- Reliable in terms of availability

- Ease of using the panel

What do you dislike?

- Reports are very unorganised

- Pathetic support team

- streamlined the support system with the introduction of Super receptionist. CALL FLOW managed as per the load.
