It's entirely easy to use, to implement, and we find ourselves leaning into the product daily for various uses! **What do you dislike about Sup Standup Bot?** We don't have anything really to report about disliking SupBot. There were a few features that we found were missing, but their team addressed and remedied these quickly! **What problems is Sup Standup Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Various requests within our business, tracking, performance, vacation, etc. ### 2. We switched to Sup from another standup bot a couple of years ago because its pricing was getting ridiculous (per user pricing is hard to justify for an application with so little data). The features were basic but solid and very easy to use in the start and the pricing was entirely reasonable. Since then we have seen active maintenance with new features and again a very reasonable premium tier, but the crux came when my division had to move to a completely new slack workspace (a very unusual occurence that I don't expect slack plugins to support). I contacted Sup support just to ask about moving our premium billing and they went totally above and beyond and helped us move all our data and (I think at the same time) introduced multiple workspace support, and kept both of our setups going while we transitioned. How cool is that?? A+. **What do you dislike about Sup Standup Bot?** Nothing! This is one of the types of application where nailing the basic usecase is the most important thing, and it more than does that even with the basic tier. **What problems is Sup Standup Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is nothing worse in the world that a meeting where everybody reports status. We do use Sup to do status in advance and identify issues that need to be discussed during our team calls. ### 3.
