"Best solution in the market"

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

We have been using sumtracker for over 2 years, and it's been the best inventory management software for our business. They help us solve a critical business need by incorporating the ability to split orders within their system's logic.

The best thing about their software is their customer service! Every issue/request is answered promptly. They are also one of the few companies that will join a Zoom call and help you with whatever you need.

"Gamechanger for Inventory Control!"

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

Our business has been using Sumtracker on a daily basis for over a year and it has more than exceded our expectations. We manage thousands of SKU's and parts. Sumtrackers ability to "Bundle" component parts for an item is invaluable. Prior to Sumtracker we could not find an inventory option like this that would work for our business. Another thing that we love about Sumtracker is that Customer Support has been consistantly open to sugestions on improvements to the program. "Simplified Inventory Management Across Multiple Marketplaces"

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

Sumtracker has made managing inventory so much easier for my business.

I used to worry about overselling or running out of stock with mltiple selling marketplaces I run, but the real-time inventory sync from Sumtracker has been a lifesaver. I also love the product bundles feature, which makes managing items made up of multiple components really simple. Another great feature is the table functionality for stock adjustments, it’s quick and saves a lot of time when I need to update multiple items at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumtracker?

One thing I find challenging is the price. For smaller businesses like mine, it feels a bit expensive. Also, product listings in Sumtracker only allow basic information and don’t support images, which limits how detailed I can get.ducts and upload them directly to selling marketplaces, which would make it an all-in-one solution. What do you like best about Sumtracker?

We love the ability to see inventory broken down to what we have in stock, what is booked in orders, and what is available. It's essential for our operations and huge catalog. It can be really slow sometimes which hinders/ backs up our operations. We often see an inventory update taking longer to update which can cause a domino effect on a lot of things with how quickly we move through our inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Excel spreadsheets to Sumtracker"

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

Customer support is excellent. The product is easy to use and has good resources for training but it was so straightforward, only need to look up specific questions. The history of how products move is essential and so valuable.

When looking or searching for products, I scroll to the bottom to see what products I have, but then scroll back to the top and to click the button to go to the next page. The arrows were at the bottom and top and then they did an update and tok them away. It is irritating scrolling back up everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
