Sumtracker Reviews & Product Details

Sumtracker is inventory management and replenishment software for Shopify and Amazon merchants, from single-store brands to multi-channel sellers. The platform solves three problems that quietly cost D2C brands the most money: overselling across channels, stockouts on bestsellers, and overstocking on slow movers. It powers 2,000+ direct-to-consumer brands, such as Huddled Group (UK), Dooney & Bourke (US), Beauty Heroes (US), Hippo Blue (AU), EasyPlant (US), Kinn Studio (US), Ozdingo (AU), Dandy Worldwide (US), Zebra (US) and Logitech Club (HK). Customers span across 50+ countries including United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. Sumtracker gives them a single source of truth for inventory across every store, marketplace, warehouse, and 3PL. Core capabilities include real-time multi-channel sync, bundle and kit management, purchase order automation, demand forecasting, and automated replenishment. Rated 4.8/5 on the Shopify App Store with 115+ reviews.

We like a lot of things about Sumtracker, but a couple things that stand out the most is the booked inventory feature, and the inventory history feature. Sumtracker is easy to set up and it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumtracker?

No downside really, just a few things that we would like for it to have or have better, but these are just minor things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Missing crucial options"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

Bundled inventory and inventory adjusted across multiple marketplaces Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumtracker?

Can only load 25 items per page. Can't filter 0 items or see what has been sold on the same page that you are looking at what to order. We hoped to eliminate 2 other apps with this but instead still have to use the other 2 and this one now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Positive Experience with Sumtracker"

5/5

What do you like best about Sumtracker?

It's been a very smooth experience integrating our various sales channels with Sumtracker. With the one or two hiccups that we did face, the team was very responsive and were able to address our needs quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sumtracker?

Nothing really. If I need to nitpick, I would say the sync logs could be made visible, to make it easy to track inventory changes on the frontend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
