We have been using sumtracker for over 2 years, and it's been the best inventory management software for our business. They help us solve a critical business need by incorporating the ability to split orders within their system's logic. The best thing about their software is their customer service! Every issue/request is answered promptly. They are also one of the few companies that will join a Zoom call and help you with whatever you need. I would recommend it to anyone!! When I first started working with sumtracker, they didn't have their website optimized for mobile use but now they have implemented a mobile web version that is extremely useful for our business. Our business has been using Sumtracker on a daily basis for over a year and it has more than exceded our expectations. We manage thousands of SKU's and parts. Sumtrackers ability to "Bundle" component parts for an item is invaluable. Prior to Sumtracker we could not find an inventory option like this that would work for our business. Another thing that we love about Sumtracker is that Customer Support has been consistantly open to sugestions on improvements to the program. When looking or searching for products, I scroll to the bottom to see what products I have, but then scroll back to the top and to click the button to go to the next page. The customer service is quick and helpful and provides resolutions to any issues that arise 2. Its fairly easy to use once set up is complete 3. We use it everyday to sync between different market places and its never had any downtime with the integration 4.
