## Stitch Reviews
  ### 1. Responsive Team and Scalable Guidance with Braze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

Their team is responsive and willing to work through technical questions with us. They’ve also been helpful in providing guidance on how to structure things within Braze so that it’s easier to scale as our programs grow. It’s useful to have an external perspective when thinking through technical solutions and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

Working with an external partner can require a fair number of meetings to align on context, requirements, and updates. It’s also a relatively expensive service, so it’s important to be thoughtful about where their support is most valuable.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch:**

It’s helpful to come into the relationship with clear goals for what you want to accomplish in Braze and where you want support, whether that’s migration, technical architecture, or campaign operations. The partnership tends to work best when there’s regular communication and defined priorities.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch has primarily helped support our migration to Braze and stabilize our messaging infrastructure as we scaled. They’ve been helpful in working through technical implementation questions and making sure our Braze instance is structured in a way that can support long-term growth. Having a partner who can help think through architecture and troubleshooting has helped us move faster on certain initiatives.

  ### 2. Excellent Support from Stitch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

Stitch was always very responsive to our questions and provided prompt feedback with suggested solutions and strategy.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

Since we have a unique business model compared to most utilizing the Braze platform, it was sometimes a challenge to receive effective and relevant feedback on our use cases. With that said, Stitch did provide us with excellent ideas and ways to think through our strategy.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch helped us tremendously throughout the entire Braze onboarding process as we transitioned to the platform.

  ### 3. Partnering with Stitch for Execution Suppot

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

How they embed into my team and leverage the tools / processes that are already established.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

They can sometimes be a bit too execution focused which can require extra documentation and conversations to communicate requirements.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch:**

This team is sharp, fast, and has a good understanding of Braze. If you are using Braze and need to extend the capabilities and resources of your team I would highly encourage levering Stitch.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team is at capacity so has engaged Stitch for support with Braze execution work.

  ### 4. Valuable technical partner

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

The individuals we are working with, the process in which they have learned our business and current processes and provided solutions to transitioning/replicating things in Braze.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

We were really hoping for a more strategic partner that could provide suggested improvements to our process and strategy and also confirm best practices. We usually have to ask for these recommendations based on our obervations rather than them proactively identifying opportunities.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch is helping us transition all processes/assets from our previous marketing automation platform over to our new one, Braze. They have been especially helpful on technical end of things, working side by side with our development team to understand our use cases, location/systems where data is currently housed, etc.

  ### 5. Great resource for my business/brand

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

They are incredibly professional. They have positioned themselves as invaluable extensions of our internal team.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

There are little to no complaints I would provide re: Stitch.

**Recommendations to others considering Stitch:**

Highly recommend Stitch if/when you are looking for consultants who can help take your work to the next level. Their value and output has been impressive.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch has helped my team optimize and elevate their work in Braze. We first encountered Stitch while looking for some incremental support for our nimble team. This was a huge benefit that they have helped fill along with the tactical work.

  ### 6. Knowledgeable, helpful, and creative

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Stitch?**

Stitch is very knowledgeable about Braze, and throughout our migration, has helped me learn the platform, figured out creative solutions to tough problems, and been patient through many issues with data or other unforseen complications (that were out of their control). Ray and Taylor were creative problem-solvers and figured out how to make some of our most complex journeys function within the nuances of Braze, and they have been awesome about answering my hundreds of questions along the way.

**What do you dislike about Stitch?**

Sometimes communication felt a little unorganized - I wasn't sure where the team wanted feedback (over Slack, in Clickup, in docs, in canvases via comments, etc), so it felt a little tough to stay on top of things at times. I would have preferred if the team had specified their preferences and helped us stay more organized, especially once we got into more complicated canvases. Additionally, sometimes it felt like the team was rushing (primarily on HTML development), and that led to some careless errors. The team always fixed them, but it would have been ideal if they'd been caught in QA before coming to client UAT.

**What problems is Stitch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stitch helped us migrate to Braze, and I honestly cannot imagine doing that without them. This was a gargantuan project, and while we still have a ways left to go, I feel much more confident knowing they're here to help us with this transition.
