Some very practical funding and governance mechanisms are created as pre-defined products/processes in the platform, which is very useful. Helps us to quickly and effectively meet all typical compliance requirements when managing our cap table etc. **What do you dislike about StartupTools?** The product works really well for Swedish startups, the next step will be to add more cross-country support. **What problems is StartupTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing everything around our equity, cap table, funding etc in a compliant way and with processes that are easy for our users to work with. ### 2. As they follow the Swedish business regulations and have wizards for the user you will always create correct documents that are approved by Swedish authorities. This saves time and money. As it also helps with board meetings, capt tablesnew issues of shares etc. it is a must have for growing companies. **What do you dislike about StartupTools?** Sometimes I wish I could move ahead in the Wizards just to be able to see waths needed. This is sometimes impossible and ends up with you creating meetings or similar just to be able to move further. I also have had some problems with generated documents that wasn't updated in a logical way (i had to regenerate them manually) **What problems is StartupTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easier to raise money. Helping me deliver the correct information to Swedish authorities and making it much easier for investors to do due diligence. Clear and updated cap table. Document signing of both protocols and other documents ### 3. Ease of use, extra appreciated as it's a product focusing on helping with tasks that are not recurring on a frequent basis. **What do you dislike about StartupTools?** I have not experienced any downsides. The only thing I can think of was that I had some trouble finding how to generate a new board meeting. But probably more my fault than the UX's **What problems is StartupTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paying lawyer fees for fairly standard agreements is expensive and requires unnecessary coordination. Besides, I'm not learning anything from having someone else do the work. ### 4. Their tool for generating all the legal docs for a seed investment has saved us countless of hours. **What do you dislike about StartupTools?** Wish the tools were even more tightly integrated which I know is already coming. The tool for setting up employee stock options is a bit pricy, would otherwise gladly use. **What problems is StartupTools solving and how is that benefiting you?** StartupTools saves us many hours and costly fees for legal work as well as helping us make sure our share register is correct & up to date.
