Very easy to use with all the main functionalities needed to manage equity and funding processes in a startup situation. Some very practical funding and governance mechanisms are created as pre-defined products/processes in the platform, which is very useful. Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 8/17/2023 "Fantastic solution for growing companies" 5/5 What do you like best about StartupTools? StartupTools solves many of the problems you have as a startup. As they follow the Swedish business regulations and have wizards for the user you will always create correct documents that are approved by Swedish authorities. This saves time and money. As it also helps with board meetings, capt tablesnew issues of shares etc. it is a must have for growing companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about StartupTools? Sometimes I wish I could move ahead in the Wizards just to be able to see waths needed. This is sometimes impossible and ends up with you creating meetings or similar just to be able to move further. Helping me deliver the correct information to Swedish authorities and making it much easier for investors to do due diligence. Clear and updated cap table. End-to-end flow for common startup documentation. Ease of use, extra appreciated as it's a product focusing on helping with tasks that are not recurring on a frequent basis. The only thing I can think of was that I had some trouble finding how to generate a new board meeting. But probably more my fault than the UX's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is StartupTools solving and how is that benefiting you? Paying lawyer fees for fairly standard agreements is expensive and requires unnecessary coordination. Simple to use, great with BankID integration to Bolagsverket. Their tool for generating all the legal docs for a seed investment has saved us countless of hours.
