Very easy to use with all the main functionalities needed to manage equity and funding processes in a startup situation. Some very practical funding and governance mechanisms are created as pre-defined products/processes in the platform, which is very useful. StartupTools solves many of the problems you have as a startup. As they follow the Swedish business regulations and have wizards for the user you will always create correct documents that are approved by Swedish authorities. This saves time and money. Sometimes I wish I could move ahead in the Wizards just to be able to see waths needed. This is sometimes impossible and ends up with you creating meetings or similar just to be able to move further. I also have had some problems with generated documents that wasn't updated in a logical way (i had to regenerate them manually) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not experienced any downsides. The only thing I can think of was that I had some trouble finding how to generate a new board meeting. But probably more my fault than the UX's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
