Excellent Customer Service **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023 **What do you like best about Star-Plus?** We have been using this system for a few years now and are forever impressed by the quality and care from all CSRs. **What do you dislike about Star-Plus?** There have been some glitches with the latest roll-out, but we're working through them with the support team! **What problems is Star-Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We save time with creating and maintaining store inventory. We also now sync our products to our website and inventory is controlled there as well. ### 2. OK System for POS **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2021 **What do you like best about Star-Plus?** It does get the job done for the most part as POS software, but I think improvements could be made to make the system more reliable. **What do you dislike about Star-Plus?** It looks pretty outdated; the design could be greatly improved. System crashes and errors do occur ocassioanlly, causing transactions to fail. Sometimes the system indicates the transaction failed, but it actually did go through, causing trouble for the customer as now we have to follow up to refund them.
