Senior: $17.90 > all features of Basic + own projects follow-up (financial & performance), expense workflow approval, absence/leave workflow approval, full CRM (commercial pipe and proposal builder), skils and annual reviews, recruitments, see overall staffing, manage teams

Leader: $34.90 > all features Basic + all features Senior + access to full set of reporting, all projects follow-up, consolidated financial and performance information, teams performance, billable utilization reports, all administrative functions, task management
