After having used SquareWorks for about half-a-year, our AP Team has begun to really enjoy the ease with its all-around functionality. Of course, it being a NetSuite-based product means that whenever we need help or some troubleshooting, everyone on the other end knows exactly what we are talking about. We never have to wait for responses from a different person on their end due to them having to find someone that is familiar with our specific ERP/environment. When we ask questions, they are answered same business day. And while we are just now beginning to see the fruits of allowing SquareWorks to "learn" over the past 6-months, it has not been a difficult implementation nor has it required any real learning curve. Our company is excited to really begin exploring the finer functionalities of SquareWorks such as setting up rules for specific vendors/accounts... we'll be sure to come back and update this review as we get deeper in ;) But, for the price point of the software and our counterparts on the SquareWorks team being an absolute delight to work with, we (MegaCorp Logistics) are glad we made this decision! It does take a while to really begin learning, so there might be frustrations at first. But if your team has the patience needed for any OCR/AI implentation - SquareWorks or not - then not much can be negatively said about our experience thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
