The software lives as a tab within NetSuite, which helps speed up the Accounts Payable process and makes it easy to save documents quickly. The vendor settings also help with coding bills. **What do you dislike about Charted?** I don’t have anything I dislike about this software. It continues to improve and evolve, especially with AI advancements, and keeps expanding to meet additional needs. **What problems is Charted solving and how is that benefiting you?** Charted is speeding up our Accounts Payable process and reducing the chance of human error. We’re able to scan internal check requests for grant expenditures, which has been very helpful. Vendor settings were not used at first. Once we changed some vendors to post one line or multiple lines this greatly helped with the general ledger coding of each specific vendor. ### 2. The initial setup was good. **What do you dislike about Charted?** I find that the AI capabilities don't work well or consistently for me. There are issues when changing bill form types in the selector dropdown, and it will sometimes clear out line-level details, causing extra manual work. **What problems is Charted solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Charted, I achieve time savings and efficiency gains in Accounts Payable automation. Our AP department has saved so much time on daily tasks that we consider it a huge improvement over our past process. **What do you dislike about Charted?** The only downside, like with most things, is having to learn a new software. Luckily we had great customer support. **What problems is Charted solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we moved to NetSuite from a previous accounting program, we were excited to find OCR software that would help streamline and provide automation for our AP processing. The amount of time we have saved processing invoices using the automation software is invaluable. ### 6. Of course, it being a NetSuite-based product means that whenever we need help or some troubleshooting, everyone on the other end knows exactly what we are talking about. We never have to wait for responses from a different person on their end due to them having to find someone that is familiar with our specific ERP/environment. When we ask questions, they are answered same business day. And while we are just now beginning to see the fruits of allowing SquareWorks to "learn" over the past 6-months, it has not been a difficult implementation nor has it required any real learning curve. Our company is excited to really begin exploring the finer functionalities of SquareWorks such as setting up rules for specific vendors/accounts... we'll be sure to come back and update this review as we get deeper in ;) But, for the price point of the software and our counterparts on the SquareWorks team being an absolute delight to work with, we (MegaCorp Logistics) are glad we made this decision! **What do you dislike about Charted?** It does take a while to really begin learning, so there might be frustrations at first. But if your team has the patience needed for any OCR/AI implementation - SquareWorks or not - then not much can be negatively said about our experience thus far. **What problems is Charted solving and how is that benefiting you?** Upload and auto-populate the majority of the fields on a vendor bill record ### 7.
