While it is super simple, it is also fairly basic. There aren't a ton of ways to make your site very different from the other Square Online sites out there. It does give you some custom controls, but those are fairly limited too. Though if you're building a site through Square Online, you're probably not worrying about coding too much.

I've also noticed the SEO capabilities seem to be lacking. While Google and other search engines prefer to see a lot of H1 tags in your site to differentiate content, Square Online defaults your titles to H2, with no buil-in way to override that easily. I was required to create a website long ago for one of my Community College classes, and I chose Weebly, now Square. It was easy back then, and when I wanted to update my style a bit post-college, it was easy to re-create my site without losing my free domain. Most helpful aspects have to be the left taskbar with easy drag and drop flexible features to easily publish and itegrate your website to the world wide web.
