What do you like best about Spektrix?

It's simple, user friendly. Connects well with Word Press web publishing, and DotDigital mailing platform.

It's just so simple and easy to use and intuitive. It provides everything our theatre needs.

It is an easy onboarding process, it's easy to use and learn how to use. The terminology used in the software is easy to understand. The customer service support is so fast and efficient and they really go above and beyond to support you with you issues. I use it daily and very rarely come up with an issue with it. It was set up perfectly for our organisation and integrated with DotDigital and Word Press incredibly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spektrix?

Sometimes it can have a tendency to timeout quite fast about inactivity, which can be a nightmare when you've been working on something and then it's all gone and you have to start again. What do you like best about Spektrix?

I liked that it saves any orders if you have to log off or leave the system. It's good that it keeps a good record of transactions and the ability to leave notes on orders/customers is very helpful, especially when working with a large team as I do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spektrix?

I think the interface is slightly out of date. It's not very user friendly with the back button as it takes you back off the page whenever you press it. It takes some time to get used to working with compared similar program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spektrix?

The customer service is excellent and the software is relatively simple to use. We use it all day at work, and its always met our standards. Its also relatively easy to train other staff members, even if they have no experience with it. It keeps good track of transaction histories and I like that you can leave notes on orders. You can run lots of useful reports. I think you can take what you need from it. I have a very basic understanding of it, but I can mostly figure out what I need to figure out. What do you dislike about Spektrix?

Cannot have multiple transactions at once. It can be slow to use sometimes, as many transactions have a multi-step process. It takes a while to get used to Spektrix- I don't find it intuitive and the interface is dated, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spektrix?

It's easy to use, reasonably priced for charities, and the annual Spektrix Hub event offers incredibly valuable insights. We find the integration pretty good with our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sometimes struggle to find answers to specific questions, especially when our challenges are quite unique. I prefer speaking with a real person, as navigating through articles on the website can be difficult and not always tailored to our needs.
