I like that Ricochet360 is purpose-built for high-volume outbound sales teams. It's incredibly effective at what it does, especially with the power dialer and call efficiency. It's fast, reliable, and cuts out all the dead time between calls—no more manual dialing or waiting for rings. The one-click voicemail drops and automated SMS follow-ups are great, boosting our reps' connect rates and daily output almost immediately. I also really appreciate that everything lives in one place: calls, texts, emails, lead status, and call recordings. I've had occasional issues with SMS deliverability and carrier filtering in Ricochet360. Some messages get delayed or blocked without a clear explanation, and troubleshooting can take time. The platform doesn’t give us enough tools to work proactively around carrier filtering and spam detection. More transparency around deliverability and better built-in tools to monitor that would be really helpful. Right now, I just see 'failed' or 'undelivered' without details, and I need actual carrier response codes and explanations. A tool that scores SMS copy in real time and flags phrases that trigger carriers would be huge, as small changes to wording can keep messages from being blocked.
